The first time I used it I was like ok, nice, but not crazy. After the third and fourth mask I actually started noticing my texture was smoother and my cheeks looked less saggy. So it is not instant magic but with consistency it does a lot. Would prefer quicker results but I can see the difference now.

I let my mom try one mask and now she asks me every week if I have another one for her. She is in her 60s and said her skin has not felt that soft in years. So now the collagen masks turned into a little mother daughter spa night at home.

Products seems good. Just expect long delivery time, about 3 weeks.
Also wish the there was more toner in the full experience package.

ACHTUNG wenn man einmal bestellt, schliesst man automatisch ein 2-Monats Abo ab. Ich habe schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass ich das nicht möchte und es wird mir trotzdem weiterhin zugesandt und von meiner Karte abgebucht.

Auf der Verpackung steht BIO Collagen Maske aber wenn man sich die Inhaltsstoffe genauer anschaut liest man sowas wie METHYLPARABEN. Das ist für mich Dann eine Kundentäuschung den Parabene sollten in der heutigen Zeit NIXHT in BIO angeworbenen Produkten enthalten sein. Und das Thema Abo ist hier auch noch mal zu betonen. Man bekommt AUTOMATISCH ein Abo angedreht. Man kann nichts reklamieren da der Kunden“Service“ dann sagt wegen Hygiene Gründen nicht retournierbar…

Dont buy from them. They are not a serious company. The client service doesnt work and they send you orders and take money from your card without authorization! As soon as i received the e-mail with an order that i didnt made, i asked to cancel it because it was a mistake and they didnt!!!! Just sent a WhatsApp number that is a boy and doesnt work and they dont answer emails!!!

Terrible product - even worse customer service. Do not fall for it!!!!

great products shared very happily with family and friends (had to place more orders to stock up) now awaiting my bi monthly replenishment as will continue to use the products as they work so well

This company is a SCAM!

Do not order from them, they will unknowingly opt you into a subscription that will take £45 out of your account a month after ordering.

The website did not clearly disclose that I was signing up for a subscription when I made my purchase on mobile. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. I have no interest in a recurring subscription or in receiving the product ordered.

Their website says that they offer returns and refunds on unwanted and unopened parcels but will not accept this now I have contacted them

Die erste Bestellung wurde geliefert. Allerdings wurden 8 Wochen später erneut hohe Beträge von meinem Konto abgebucht, ohne dass ich eine weitere Bestellung aufgegeben habe!!

If I could give this company negative numbers I would. Save yourself money, and so much time by avoiding this company.
I never received my products, and they refused to refund my money. I had to go thru my credit card to get my money back.
They also claimed that I had a subscription, which I had not signed up for, but they charged me and claimed that it was on it's way. Many weeks later, the post office contacted me, and there was a package there, that had an astronomical amount of postage due, and it was from them. They claim to be out of the US, but this was shipped from a foreign company.
They also refused to cancel my subscription.
There is no phone number listed for them, and that should have been my first clue. Nothing but headaches.

This review is less and 1 star. If it could be -5 stars then it would.
This company has THE WORST customer experience I have ever experienced in buying anything online.
Beware about purchasing anything whatsoever!
After buying 1 set of the so called great hero masks.
A month later another transaction taken from my account against my authorisation for another set.
They said too bad when I contacted saying I didn’t want the second set, could they please refund the money.
Too bad the reply.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ryvalia.

I reached out to customer service multiple times, including immediately after placing my order on February 10th at 5:05pm ET, requesting cancellation and a refund. I have not received any response.

I have formally requested that my entire order be canceled and refunded. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further.

Buyers should proceed with caution and carefully review all terms before purchasing.

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering, exactly what everyone else is saying, bought after an Instagram post then following orders came which I wasn’t aware of, customer service absolutely terrible, my repeat order , money was taken on the 30th January and order still not arrived- Do not order from this company

Las pedí a Colombia, se demoraron un poco pero valió la pena, llegó el pedido perfecto y las he probado y me han encantado! Muy buen producto lo Recomiendo!!!

Encore un site qui arnaque sans pitié ses clients.
Lors de la première commande, sans même vous en apercevoir, vous souscrivez à un abonnement chez eux. Quelle surprise de découvrir un prélèvement d’un montant exorbitant un mois jour pour jour après ma commande initiale.
C’est une honte. Bien évidemment, conscients de leur supercherie, ils ont pris soin de verrouiller avant dans leur règlement (vous savez ce qu’il y a écrit en tout petit, police 5 quelque part ) stipulant qu’il n’y aura aucun remboursement pour la première commande après la souscription à l’abonnement. Forcément, beaucoup de clients dans le même cas que moi, vont vouloir le remboursement. Ils ont tout prévu. Des escrocs. Et ce ne sont pas les seuls. De plus en plus de sites font la même chose. Il faut agir ! Il faut que ça cesse !

En enero hice una compra online de los productos de Ryvalia, evidentemente como a todo el mundo que está escribiendo aquí, a mí tampoco me llegaron los productos, también me suscribieron durante meses y no me contestan al email, borran comentarios negativos en las redes sociales también . Es una práctica comercial abusiva la que hacen y poco transparente. Os invito a realizar las actuaciones legales correspondientes yo lo voy a hacer, se quedan con el dinero de miles de personas, también voy a destapar a las influencer que colaboran con marcas fantasma como esta y no lo comprueban, hacen mucho daño.

Ryvalia does not stand behind their products. Good luck cancelling a subscription after you meet their minimum number of orders. They don't let you cancel for another month beyond your minimum term. Site also states returns within 30 days. That's a lie!!!
