Great option

Dear Milad,

We take all client complaints seriously. However, the claims made in this review are not supported by the verified trading records.

Our investigation found no server-side evidence that the platform forcibly closed your positions. The records clearly show that a “Close All Positions” instruction was submitted directly from your account through the mobile application. We have provided you by email with the relevant screenshots, server records and supporting evidence relating specifically to your account.

The claimed $2,800 was never a realized profit. As the positions were closed before reaching the stated target, this amount represents a hypothetical outcome that cannot be verified or treated as guaranteed.

Despite these findings, ryumount compensated the actual losses resulting from the positions you closed and adjusted your account as an exceptional gesture of goodwill. The compensated balance was made available to you and was subsequently withdrawn.

In view of the documented evidence and the compensation already provided, we do not accept the allegations made in this review or the claim that a further $2,800 is owed. To protect client confidentiality, we will not publish your account records here; however, all relevant evidence has already been sent to you directly.
