I accidentally ordered a iPhone 16 Pro Max Leather Shell Case Metal, MagSafe - Saddle Brown instead of iphone 16 pro case. I reached out to them through their webpage and the email to exchange the product or get a refund, but I have received no response yet after repeat emails.
My order is 66721.

Fabulous product but pretty poor customer service. I bought a MacBook case and an AirPod case in blue. Went to order the same colour iPhone case and they don’t do it in blue. If this is suppose to be a handmade product in London. Why can’t they make one. Very odd.

I had a small hiccup on my purchase and I had to deal with customer service. Overall, the experience was pretty good. Customer service was helpful and the product turned out great. I purchased the leather case for the 16 pro max iPhone.

"[..] I regret to inform you that, due to a system error, we are currently unable to ship orders to the Netherlands."

This so-called "System Error" has been there for more than a year now and there is no explanation. Shipping to Germany or Belgium is no problem, but to the Netherlands is apparently a 'big deal'. Every time I get the same automated message without any good reason.

I have increased my rating after finding a reply had indeed arrived in my spam. So, I apologise for that. Although I still think a phone number would be helpful, or live chat. But, the iPhone case I bought is great quality...

Zero customer support because the communication is non-existent, except receiving marketing emails. No phone number, and contact is via a form which has no auto-acknowledgement and I have received no response after 24 hours. A great shame because I have bought from them and I think they have great products.

Wow. Just wow. I bought a case from RYAN London for the 16 pro max and it had to be one of the most amazing cases I've used and felt. Everything about the case felt so premium and authentic. The smell, the texture and design all felt amazing. The only issue I had at the time was that there was discolouration with the case, after talking with Junn and the amazing team at RYAN London, they offered me ways to try and fix and mend it. At the end unfortunately that didn't work but they went out of their way to offer a replacement. These guys do honest work and should be regarded with great class and a genuine drive to help their customers. I can't thank you guys enough, you've done amazing and phenomenal work.

The case is as promised, witch is great! WW shipping is a lie though, shipping to The Netherlands is NOT available, and customer support is also non existent (didn't get any response from them).

But the actual case is really good, so 4 stars for me overall.

Product is good but not being a eu member anymore makes it to expensive. Last time ive bought at Ryan.

Case is okay, but they charge for express shipping and then don’t deliver on that promise. Seems like they use a lesser shipping method, but charge for express, resulting in missing the promised delivery window.

Not their fault, but of course the phone has been dropped without a case due to the late delivery and now is damaged.

Also customs handling could be better. Other companies from the UK prepay for their customers which results in a overall lower fee and better experience.

Customer service was unhelpful and obviously trained NOT to help customers out who have been wronged by citing clauses and technicalities in their terms and conditions. If stuff goes wrong, own it and make it right.

These circumstances ruin an otherwise good offering. Really a shame. Probably won’t shop here again.

I purchased all the color variants of The Ryan London iPhone 16 Pro Max Leather Shell Case; Dark Brown, Saddle Brown, and Black, along with the AirPods Pro 2 counterparts cases. After a small “faux pas” reported on the Dark Brown power button and further replacement from Ryan London customer care team, and a tiny glitch in communication, I can conclude that their Vision & Mission as a company was met flawlessly addressing my issue. In regards to the cases I purchased, for both iPhone 16 Pro Max & AirPods Pro 2, they all combine luxury and practicality. Its rich leather finish on both products with metal accents for the iPhone are both stylish and durable, fitting the iPhone & AirPods snugly while maintaining a slim profile. The MagSafe compatibility works flawlessly on the iPhone, & the cases offer good protection for everyday bumps and scratches, with raised edges for screen and camera safety for the iPhone. The leather ages beautifully, adding character over time. While it’s a bit pricey, the premium quality makes it a worthwhile investment for those like me, seeking elegance and functionality. The Best Handmade Leather Phone Cases and more

I recently purchased a phone case, Airpods Case and a wallet from Ryan London, and I have to say, I am blown away by the quality! These handmade leather goods are absolutely stunning and feel so premium. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into each product. The leather is top notch and would age beautifully, developing a rich patina over time. The craftsmanship is flawless stitching is precise, and the fit is perfect, on POINT perfect.

I also want to address some of the concerns I saw on YouTube reviews. Some users mentioned issues with the MagSafe case not being as strong, and the iPhone 16 camera cutout needing improvement. Ryan London has totally fixed those problems! The MagSafe now holds securely, and the new camera cutout design is much stronger and more precise or believe me I would've returned it even as an international customer. The improvements they've made are incredible, and the new design is a 1000 times better than the previous one.

This small business has really nailed it, and I truly believe they're on their way to becoming a big name in the luxury leather goods market. The phone case is not only functional, it also looks amazing and more expensive than what it's worth. I can’t recommend Ryan London enough! If you want the best of the best in handmade leather goods, this is it.

Some initial hiccups with the wrong item being sent however this was resolved and i now have correct item which was the open bottom iPhone 16 pro max case. Leather is excellent quality and fit is great. Will be using Ryan London again for my future cases.

I just received my leather iPad sleeve. It’s gorgeous. It’s a lovely rich green with orange felt interior. There was a lot of choice so it wasn't easy as the selection all looked great. I am so glad I found this company and I am very pleased with the simple yet sturdy quality leather. The company answered my questions swiftly and delivered in good time. Thank you so much. I’ve bought 2 products from this company in the past few weeks. The first was a leather case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I had a slight issue with the case but am pleased to say the customer service was very good and the exchange was hassle free. They actually sent me a replacement before I sent the faulty one back. Most recently I purchased a leather sleeve for my new 2024 iPad Pro 13. This is absolutely beautiful and constructed from high quality soft leather. Ryan London will be my go-to brand for future hand made leather goods!

First bought a case for my AirPods. After a year, it’s still perfect, and has developed a really nice patina. Just got a case for my iPhone. It arrived in 3 days, and that’s with personalisation. The fit is perfect, MagSafe works well and buttons are easy to press. Overall, highly recommend this company.
