Ryan Luke Arvostelua

I recently completed Ryan’s online serviced accommodation course and was genuinely impressed. The content was well laid out, with a clear step-by-step approach that made it easy to follow and take action. What stood out the most was Ryan’s honest and down to earth delivery. He didn’t sugar coat anything, he shared both the highs and the challenges of running a serviced accommodation business, which made the training feel real and relatable.

Even though I’ve done similar training before and have built my knowledge and experience over the past 12 month, I still found huge value in Ryan’s fresh perspective. Just from the first couple of sessions, I picked up practical strategies and techniques that I could immediately apply to my own business. It’s always helpful to hear different insights from people in the industry, and Ryan’s knowledge clearly comes from hands-on experience and working hard to figure things out, not just theory.

It’s clear he created this course to help others avoid the mistakes he made starting out, and that really shows. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in the serviced accommodation space, whether you’re just starting out or already established.

Easy to follow and value for money material

Being mentored by Ryan was an absolute privilege. The amount of knowledge I gained while working with Ryan set me up to start my own business at only 24 years old. The support from Ryan has continued even now, nearly 5 years on. The experience was invaluable and has allowed my business to thrive in a constantly changing and difficult industry. Ryan is very adaptable to change and keeps up to date with industry trends, so I feel lucky to have him to look up to and learn from how he adapts.
It is nice to feel that the cheerleading for you doesn’t end when the mentorship does, it is clear that Ryan wants a long, successful future for his mentees and continues to engage.

5 Stars!
I recently joined this online contractors bnb course and was genuinely impressed with the quality of content and delivery. The lessons were clear, well-structured, and packed with actionable insights. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some knowledge of real estate, this course offers valuable strategies for investing, understanding market trends, and managing properties effectively. Ryans real life case studies and downloadable resources were especially helpful. I also appreciated Ryans engaging style and prompt responses to questions via the telegram app. A great investment in itself – I feel much more confident moving forward with my property journey!
