Rx4lakes Arvostelua

My go to place relax breath.
Love the way it leaves me feeling afterwards
Highly recommend.

Very informative. Goals of workshop were set out clearly.
We have put to good use some of the techniques and information covered in the programme
A good venue, good atmosphere, it was nicely broken up with opportunities for drinks and snacks.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Rx4lakes wild swim and sauna 😍. David couldn’t be more welcoming, helpful and supportive. The sauna is amazing with aromatic oils used to enhance and relax you while you admire the stunning views of the beach & especially magical at sunset. Am new to cold water swimming but felt extremely supported, encouraged and enjoyed every minute of it. I slept like a baby after this and my skin felt amazing!!! 💯 will be back and would highly recommend.

Excellent facility. Made to feel welcome and a great community. Will definitely visit again! Highly recommended.

Great location, great experience and a lovely guy to boot.

I booked the sauna for my hen do and we all had a great time! David was great at helping me organise it and we had plenty of craic with him on the day! The sauna itself was lovely, it had great views over the beach and we had a great day for it which helped. We also went for a little dip but would recommend bringing water shoes/ wetsuit boots as it’s a bit pebbly. Would definitely book this again if I was back in the area!

Everything ready for our sauna experience

Brilliant sauna, Short walk to the water!

Amazing experience! Gorgeous location and fantastic sauna for a day out

Perfect Saturday morning. Sauna was lovely, beautiful views. Very helpful, friendly, informative owner. Will definitely be back.

A delightful and peaceful way to spend an evening.
Lovely atmosphere and location.
Slept like a log afterwards

Lovely sauna experience looking out over the sea.
Heat just right, crack good, cant wait to go back.

Lovely sauna at the beach. Gorgeous views, great company and expert advise given. Highly recommend.

It was such a lovely experience and David was a great host as usual making everyone feel comfortable and supported

Excellent, really enjoyed it

Fabulous wood fired sauna at St Bees. Enjoyed every session I’ve been to. David is always welcoming and helpful. Views from the sauna are just beautiful especially at sunset and dusk. Definitely recommend a visit 😊

Absolutely fabulous experience. Beautiful setting. Sea was a little rolling on the day, still managed a dip. 🙃 Sauna is heaven. Thank you Rx4lakes. Will be back for another visit soon 🙂

RX4 Lakes reset your rhythm Workshop is a thoughtful, well-paced experience that balances creativity with clarity. Rather than overwhelming me with theory or rigid structure, the workshop creates space to explore, listen, and engage at a natural rhythm. The environment feels intentional and grounded, making it easy to stay present and focused throughout.
What stands out most is the way the workshop encourages connection—both to the material and to your own creative process. Dave guides with a calm confidence, offering insight without pressure and structure without limitation. It feels less like a traditional workshop and more like a shared moment of learning and exploration.
Overall, the reset your rhythm Workshop is refreshing, immersive, and genuinely restorative. It’s ideal for anyone looking to slow down, deepen their practice, and walk away with both inspiration and practical perspective

Love it, quality set up
