Chat support responds fast but all the systems take so long. My verification took about 1 week. But after chatting with support they approved it instantly. Now I wanted to withdraw but they sent an email telling me that my withdrawal was cancelled because the withdrawal option I used was not supported at the moment? The casino requested identity verification, which I completed by submitting a photo of my ID on 13.05.2025. Despite this, the verification has not been completed, and customer support either does not respond or keeps saying they will "check later." The app also fails when I attempt to request a withdrawal.

I would like to note that the company behind RX Casino is reportedly registered under number **HE420258**, presumably in Cyprus. However, there is no valid gambling license displayed on the website or available for public verification. I suspect that this platform is operating outside of legal frameworks and is intentionally blocking player withdrawals.

I kindly ask that an investigation be conducted into the activities of RX Casino, and that appropriate action be taken to ensure the return of my funds. I am prepared to provide proof including screenshots of my balance, support chat history, and verification submission confirmation.

In my opinion, RX Casino is acting fraudulently.
