Rüya Dental Clinic Arvostelua 46

The clinic Rüya Dent published a response that does not reflect the truth and omits crucial information about what actually happened during my treatment.
I feel the need to clarify the facts accurately and transparently.

1. They claim that “everything was done according to the plan.”
The truth: From the very first stage, none of the agreed procedures were followed. The implant surgery was rushed, without proper preparation, without any real explanation, and without essential protocols. My experience was painful, stressful, and entirely unprofessional. This is why I was forced to leave and return months later.

2. They claim that I “accepted and then rejected” the treatment plans.
The truth: I never accepted a proper result only to “reject it later.”
The temporary teeth were constantly changed because the impressions were incorrect. This was not a matter of aesthetic preference — it was a matter of function and health. I could not speak, chew, or close my mouth properly. The result was wrong every single time.

3. They claim they made the crowns “three times for free.”
The truth: When a clinic makes mistakes and delivers failed work, it is their obligation to correct it without charging the patient. Presenting this as a “favor” is misleading.
The fact that three attempts were needed only proves how serious the problem was — not that the clinic acted generously.

4. They claim they offered a refund for the crowns.
The truth: I asked them to keep the money for the implants and refund only the crowns so I could fix them in my own country — I was even willing to pay extra if needed.
Instead of finding a solution, the clinic blocked me on every platform. I have no way to contact them at all. I state this publicly: I have been blocked everywhere by the clinic.

5. They claim the treatments were completed correctly.
The truth: The outcome was disastrous:

I cannot speak clearly

I drool when talking

I bite the inside of my cheeks and bleed

The teeth broke within days

My bite is incorrect

Cleaning is impossible due to the design

I need expensive monthly rinses just to keep my mouth clean

These are not “aesthetic complaints.” These are medical issues affecting my daily function, my health, and my psychological well-being.

6. They claim their “doors are open.”
The truth: If their doors were open, they would not have blocked me across all communication channels. This alone contradicts everything they claim about being willing to help.

Conclusion

I went through a nightmare: pain, stress, health problems, financial exhaustion, and two failed treatments at the same clinic.
The clinic’s response does not reflect the reality I experienced.

There is nothing exaggerated or inaccurate in my review. The facts remain the same — whether they choose to acknowledge them or not.

I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I went through.

If this is the approach to a potential customer no thank you to ever visiting and let my health on their hand .

I want to share my communication with the clinic after the negative feedback I left.
We were invited to the clinic and had a friendly conversation with the clinics owner who apologized for the experience and offered to reimburse us for the implants plus a moral compensation.
That was fair and we appreciate the gesture that was extended to us in the end.

I want to leave a feedback based on our experience at Ruya clinic.

Unfortunately this one is not as positive as everyone else is leaving.

I'm sharing this so that other potential clients can avoid this place and not get conned as we did.

My mother was treated in this clinic in 2024 and her dentist advised her that she needed implants. They offered her two different types, a Korean expensive (60000 TRY) brand, and a Turkish cheaper (48000 TRY) brand.

She choose the Korean implants and paid for it.

After the implant procedure, she received a certificate, as every clinic must provide to the client.

We figured out that the slips on her certificate were falsified. The implants were not the paid for Korean brand. The clinic simply cut the left side of the implant's brand slips.

When we went to the clinic to ask for the difference in the amount we paid, the clinic's owner refused to pay it.

Only the clinics owner is authorized to handle brand slips. This shows that the owner Oktay Andic is responsible for this con job.

In conclusion I must say that it is a shame to deceive people who trust this clinic.

Sono stata alla clinica Ruya per rimediare ad anni di lavori fatti dal mio dentista ( se così si può definire) fino a che mi ero ritrovata ad avere seri problemi…ponti e capsule che si spaccavano, una devitalizzazione con uno dei tre canali non pulito, otturazioni che si staccavano con parte di dente, carie non curate nonostante io ogni volta chiedessi di sistemare e mi sentivo rispondere che non era una carie ma una caratteristica del dente (!?!?) fino a che la carie si era estesa a due denti, peraltro due davanti. Mi sono rivolta a un altro dentista e dopo una panoramica il verdetto era disarmante…quasi tutta la dentatura era compromessa e per mettere a posto il tutto avrei dovuto spendere non meno di 20.000€, per rifare oltretutto dei denti del colore di quelli che avevo che ormai, essendo una fumatrice, si erano ingialliti. Per caso sento un amica che mi dice che da lì a due settimane partirà per Istambul a farsi rifare tutti i denti, le chiedo di chiamare la clinica per sapere se fosse stato possibile “infilarmi “anche a me e sarei andata anche io. Loro molto disponibili mi hanno accettata probabilmente anche spostando altri pazienti, perché sono sempre pieni con pochi tempi morti. Mi mette in contatto con Cenk che parla perfettamente italiano che tramite whatsapp mi ha dato tutte le informazioni e indicazioni. Questo particolare della lingua è una cosa molto importante, perché uno dei problemi più grandi dell’andare all’estero a fare cure così invasive è la barriera linguistica. La clinica Ruya si avvale di diversi intermediari sanitari ognuno dei quali parla correttamente due o più lingue e durante tutti gli appuntamenti sono sempre lì presenti per tradurre ogni nostra domanda o ogni informazione data dai medici…e a proposito dei medici posso dire di aver trovato uno staff di una professionalità che difficilmente ho trovato in Italia ( vero è che io sono stata particolarmente sfortunata), a partire dal dottor Gökhan Yıldız, fondatore della clinica, che per primo ti visita e ti consiglia al meglio il lavoro da fare, il dottor Ramazan e la dottoressa Kevser che di fatto mi hanno fatto loro tutto il lavoro ( sempre sotto la supervisione del “capo” Gökhan Yıldız) con una precisione e una professionalità davvero senza eguali. Quindi non li ringrazierò mai abbastanza a loro e a tutti i ragazzi e le ragazze dello staff per la competenza e la gentilezza, in particolare modo Cenk(che è diventato un amico, e tutti i giorni mi scrive per sapere come sto e io e la mia amica lo aspettiamo in Italia al più presto) e alla dolcissima Serap, italoturca, che mi è stata molto vicina nei momenti di sconforto…perché è bene sapere che non è una passeggiata, ci sono giorni che si sta male e ci si fa prendere dal panico come è successo a me, ma Serap è stata fantastica, mi ha confortata e tranquillizzata come farebbe una sorella o un amica del cuore…ancora grazie 🙏🏽
La clinica è pulita, accogliente con macchinari all’avanguardia, incluso nel prezzo è compresa la sistemazione in hotel a 5 stelle, il trasporto da e verso l’aeroporto e ogni giorno all’ora dell’appuntamento viene un autista a prenderti e poi riportarti in albergo. Finito il lavoro, (che quando ti mettono lo specchio in mano non credi ai tuoi occhi) ti viene rilasciato un certificato di autenticità dei materiali usati: zirconio di produzione tedesca, ora non ricordo il nome ma è quella di migliore qualità, la stessa usata dai dentisti italiani.
Inoltre il lavoro fatto è garantito a vita…ovviamente se si seguono le indicazioni che ti danno loro per far sì che si mantenga al meglio. Sono consapevole che mi potrebbe capitare, come avviene anche con un lavoro fatto in italia, che un giorno una corona si possa staccare, ma se si ha cura costante della nuova dentatura, basterà andare da un dentista a farsela cementare. Questo credo che sia da mettere in conto.
Per finire, il prezzo….ho speso il 70% in meno di quello che avrei speso in Italia. Ovviamente dipende dal lavoro che si ha bisogno di fare, io non ho fatto impianti, ne avrei dovuto fare uno ma ho scelto di non farlo e lasciare un dente non fatto ( che è l’ultimo quindi non si vede) perché per fare gli impianti bisogna ritornare una seconda volta, ma anche dovendo fare gli impianti la percentuale di risparmio è la stessa, presumo.
Consiglierei a tutti di affidarsi a questi professionisti, per capacità e onestà. In Italia è ormai impossibile per la maggior parte della gente sostenere i costi per curare la bocca, e non è vero che uno dei motivi sono le tasse troppo alte, perché io per pagare qualcosa in meno al mio dentista ho sempre pagato in nero, da Ruya nemmeno mi hanno chiesto se volevo fattura….sono loro che chiedono tutti i documenti necessari per rilasciarla.

Обслуживание в клинике было на высшем уровне. Я проходил процедуру установки имплантатов и циркониевых коронок. Результатами полностью доволен. Особую благодарность хочу выразить консультанту-переводчику Аделю и хирургу, которые проявили высокий профессионализм и заботу. Персонал был вежливым и отзывчивым на всех этапах лечения.

Что особенно порадовало, так это то, что владелец клиники всегда контролировал процесс лечения, обеспечивая его качество и комфорт для пациентов. Клиника Rüya Dent оставила только положительные впечатления, и я с уверенностью могу рекомендовать её всем, кто ищет качественную стоматологическую помощь в Стамбуле.
