Very careful this site tricks you and never tells you the rules on withdrawing. There is no fine print and lots of false advertising. I was lucky enough to have a vod and screen shots plus a transcript of our conversation.

I have been playing this site for two years and am gold tier 2. I was rolling on upgrader and had rolled Under. I had a decent percentage to win and it rolled a very low ticket. The animation was gold and it wasn't even close but no payout. I put a ticket in waited 4 days for a very blunt response saying my ticket was off by 0.000001 saying I barely lost. SO either their animation system is messed up and needs resolved and fixed or they are scamming. To me it felt very disingenuous for such a delayed response and closing the ticket with not much more conversation. I know this site and I know the upgrader my little ticker was gold and it wasn't even close. This site needs to improve their customer support and fix the actual issue which is the animation showed I won. SO FIX IT.

It's not bad site profitable, but chat rules are weird. two guy came randomly and start bully me.. i swear them so bad. and he said ''i will dox you '' and me said you cant ''dox'' me... i got mute he is free for depend my self. i just update my 5 stars to 2 starts help me i dont care about mute. but its about rights. you can mute him too 1 day 2 day atleast or unmute me... !!

so far i havnt had any real problems, when i need help the team always are there within their 1 min response time witch is crazy.

There was a guy in there named Blooman and he helped me with my concern and was a really nice guy I would like to give this guy 5 stars he was great.
