Efter at have sendt billeder og video til Jennifer blev der reageret omgående. Vi blev hentet 30 min senere og indlogeret et andet lækkert sted.

We are very enthusiastic about Rustic Travel. Our 3-week Malaysia & Borneo trip was booked by Diamir in Dresden, who work with Rustic Travel. I would like to thank Jennifer Alexander from Rustic Travel for her efforts. We could ask any question at almost any time via WhatsApp and Jennifer took care of it immediately. One hotel on the tour was a bit run down, but that's not Rustic Travel's fault. They surprised us in our last hotel on the tour with dinner and a fantastic room upgrade. Simply amazing. If I could, I would give 10 stars. The whole tour was very well organized and the places we went were very well chosen. We enjoyed Malaysia and Borneo and would like to warmly recommend Rustic Travel at this point, thank you very much for EVERYTHING!!!!

We were a Danish family of 5 traveling to Malaysia and Borneo - Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Sandakan and Kota Kinabalu - for 17 days with a packed and preplanned program including sightseeing, trips, rafting, jungle stay etc. During our stay we had our own specific guides and transportation. All guides - Mr. Tan, Mr. Robert, Mr. Zaimi and Mr. Shawn were very experienced and kind resulting in a fantastic trip allowing us to see the big 5 in the wild on several occasions. Jennifer Alexander in the background ensuring everything running as planned.

Great day visiting Kinabalu Park Botanical Centre. Our guide was knowledgable and informative about all the plant species and helped make the visit educational and fun. Would definitely recommend.

The tour to Sabah Tea, staying in the long house was a great experience. Also the following day with canopy walkway an the bath in the waterfall.

The warm welcome by our excellent guide, who showed us special places on our stopover in Kuala Lumpur, before continuing to the island of Borneo.

Our guide Jaybee was excellent- he looked after us from start to finish and was very knowledgeable. Our planned activities all went smoothly and we had a wonderful time exploring in and around Kuching.

Trato horrible, cero profesionales y humanamente reprobables. Les pedí un viaje individual con servicio de coche y chofer, hoteles 5*, etc. Cuando estaba a una semana de salir y con los billetes de vuelo internacional España/Singapur/España ya comprados directamente por mi (más de 4.000€) me dicen que no me van a hacer el viaje, sin más explicación. Habiendo dirigido emails a los directores generales de la empresa, sólo uno me contestó que habían valorado que no podían hacerlo, después de más de 2 meses de intercambio de emails, perfilando ruta, hoteles, mis necesidades. Etc. INAUDITO e IMPRESENTABLE.
