I want to start with a disclaimer: I had attempted to complete my Level 3 qualification twice before with two different companies, and both experiences left me out of pocket and extremely frustrated. Because of that, I chose Russbridge specifically because they are local, and I felt reassured knowing there was a physical place I could visit if anything went wrong. In this industry, having a real, accessible training centre matters — especially when so many online providers feel questionable.

Russbridge has genuinely exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is excellent — supportive, understanding, and human. The tutors are incredible, and I want to give a special mention to Ruzina, who made the learning experience engaging, clear, and enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a professional, friendly, and approachable organisation to guide you through your Level 3 Award in Education and Training, I highly recommend Russbridge. They offer both face‑to‑face and remote classes, and they truly support you from start to finish.

I recently completed my TAQA (CAVA) and Level 4 IQA qualifications with Russbridge Academy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The course content was clear, well‑structured, and easy to follow, and the support from the tutors was excellent throughout. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and the feedback on my work was detailed and genuinely helpful.

Welcoming, great introduction, positive and engaging.

I recently completed the Level 3 AET course delivered by Francois Kashema at the Best Western hotel in Sheffield and wanted to leave some feedback regarding both the course and the tutor.

The venue was conveniently located close to Sheffield train station, which made travelling straightforward.

The training room itself was well suited to the type of course being delivered, with appropriate facilities throughout.

Hot and cold refreshments were always available in the training room, and the nearby facilities made the overall experience comfortable and practical for learners attending over the duration of the course.

Most importantly, Francois Kashema was an outstanding tutor.

He clearly has a great deal of knowledge and experience, but what impressed me most was the effort he made to ensure learners understood both the course content and the assignment requirements.

He went to considerable lengths to facilitate learning, encourage participation, and support students throughout the programme.

I personally found the guidance regarding homework, assignments, and work outside the classroom very clear and easy to follow.

The course was well structured, professionally delivered, and highly worthwhile.

I would happily recommend this course and tutor to anyone considering undertaking the AET qualification.

I completed AET level 3 course with Russbridge academy. It was delivered brilliantly. The course took place at Best Western Hotel in Sheffield. The location could have been better with better arrangements and better ventilation.
