I was waiting for a week with no any update on my order, and when i contacted them I came to know that the item i ordered is damaged and it will not be delivered. With no any notification or update or even tracking link. Very bad experience.

NOT INTERESTED IN LISTEN OR HELPING. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - I bought a pair of HOKA running shoes that have a design fault with them, so it’s impossible to run with them or they damage my foot. I tried to bring this to the attention of runners.ae, not asking for a refund or anything, just wanting the contact details of someone at HOKA because I wanted to inform them as there clearly is something wrong with these running shoes, as they are not fit for purpose. Mani from the Support Team said she would get back to me, but she never did, even when I have followed up countless times. This is not how you deal with customers. It's like runners.ae could not be bothered at all with my request. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I placed my order on 28 August with the clear expectation that it would be delivered within 24–48 hours. I received an order confirmation, but there was no further update regarding the status of my order.
After waiting five days, I had to follow up myself, only to be informed that the item was out of stock. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, particularly given that my order had already been confirmed.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication and the fact that nobody is responding to my calls. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for basic information about an order they have already placed and received confirmation for.
This level of service, transparency, and communication is far below an acceptable standard.
This has been my first and last experience with your store.

ordered a pair of shoes, but I was very disappointed with the service. The return and cancellation process was not customer-friendly, and communication was slow. Great experience throughout the entire shipment(s). I initially placed an order for the wrong size and reached out to the team. Mani was amazing, helpful and super tentative. They immediately helped to find the correct size for me, booking in a return and then expediting the shipment as I was travelling. Highly recommended!
