I ordered a mystery box

I ordered a mystery box. the delivery arrived quite quickly but the package wasn't packed very well. some of the clothes were hanging out at the edges. Very unfortunate I hope that this does not affect the quality. One shirt got quite dirty. The pieces in the box itself were absolutely fire.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're thrilled to hear that you found the items in your mystery box absolutely fire! However, we're genuinely sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with the packaging and the condition of one of the shirts upon arrival.

Quality and customer satisfaction are top priorities for us, and we regret that the delivery process did not meet the high standards we strive to uphold. We are taking immediate steps to address this with our delivery team to ensure that all items are securely packed and arrive in pristine condition.

We'd love the opportunity to make this right for you. Could you please reach out to our customer service team with your order details? We'll be more than happy to assist with cleaning instructions for the shirt or arrange for a replacement if needed. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to ensuring you enjoy every aspect of your mystery box experience.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to resolving this to your satisfaction.
