Rug Traders Arvostelua

Ordered wrong size by mistake. Despite a rectangular image on the website the rug was round. Wouldn't arrange to take it back even though I was happy to pay postage. Ive never experienced not being able to make a return.
As I hadn't opened the package I arranged myself to send the rug back and I was reimbursed, but I will try another seller whose site is more explicit, as I don't think much of their customer service.

Made mistake with address but sorted out same day no problem at all. Helpful staff

The rug is good quality but the packaging has let us down. It’s badly “contorted” at one of the edges due to the edge being folded during packing. It won’t lie flat. We will see how is goes over a few days, but it should have been packed more carefully.

Very easy to place order & very reasonably priced rug. Super quick delivery

Whilst I received messages to say the order had been dispatched and after waiting in for a day and a half, no rug arrived. On contacting the company, I've been told that it was never dispatched but placed on back-order. The customer service here was excellent and looked into my query very promptly. Just annoying that I waited in and alarming that I received messages that the order was fullfilled in the first place.

Great product. Quick service and delivery. Thank you

Rugs well made and very hard-wearing, ideal if you have pets.Excellent value for money and fast delivery

Prompt delivery, good communication with delivery. Very good quality rug at excellent price. Second time we've used this company and both times has been high quality service. Would definitely use them again.

Good, accurate photos of rugs with descriptions to match.Reasonable prices and quick delivery.

Overall the service was BRILLANT - Items arrived very quickly, were well packaged, and were great value.
The runners looked exactly as shown on the site so as I said above Brillant.

Will be using again for sure!!

Sent to a combination of the billers address and the address of the person it was being sent to. Random.

I wish I’d read the other reviews on here before ordering. Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago & received nothing from them. They promise to dispatch next day! All I get is emails asking for me to review on here! I’ve tried emailing & calling them but they don’t answer their phones.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Very happy with my online purchase - excellent service and delivery as promised. Highly recommend.

The colour shading of the carpet shown on the website is different from the actual carpet.

I ordered 2 rugs I have been charged but never received tried calling and emailing but no reply terrible service

After ordering a sheepskin rug at a very competitive price I would like to say, the follow up service has been somewhat lacking. No update of progress of my order despite having (with some difficulty) used your contact site twice, no reply forthcoming!
Perhaps look at your communication with your customers?

Rubbish I bought a rug
Took my money no rug and no reply to emails and messages so very bad
They shouldn’t get away with it
Disgrace
