Excellent value for money and customer service.
Unfortunately, my first order was misplaced by the carrier, this was no fault of Rug Trader's and Gemma very quickly resolved this and arranged for replacement rugs to be despatched for next day delivery, they did indeed arrive as promised.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED RUG…
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED RUG TRADERS AND I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I BOUGHT MY RUG FROM THEM AFTER COMPARING THEIR PRICES WITH OTHER COMPANIES SELLING THE SAME ITEM. RUG TRADERS WERE CHEAPER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS. MY RUG WAS DELIVERED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

No show
I have no choice but to give rug traders one star as the rug was not delivered . A 2 day delivery turned into 9 days at which point I cancelled my order as I was no further forward . The delivery company appear to be complete cowboys.
Edit.. the delivery company did not leave a card, i was in all day so they were dishonest as well as useless by claiming that they did.

Vastaus yritykseltä Rug Traders
Thank you Adam for your feedback. We do apologise about your experience with the courier. We did maintain communication with yourself and our courier company, as to why the rug was delayed, after you had brought it to our attention that the rug had not arrived. The courier's first attempt was within the 2 day delivery schedule, as the order was processed on time. The second delivery was delayed due to the redelivery not being booked in by yourself, which we did on your behalf, due to the courier card not being left for you to be able to do this. We also fed this information of the card not being left back to the courier company. A refund was issued immediately, without hesitation, when the rug wasn't with you on the second attempt. We would like to think that the service from Rug traders in this situation, was the best we could have done, with the circumstances. Our apologies again.
Absolutely beautiful rug
Absolutely beautiful rug. Looks perfect in my new room, exactly what I wanted and at a good price compared to other websites. Great service. Kept updated on progress of order. Very pleased.
