RugsThatFit Arvostelua

I ordered my daughter a custom front door mat. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I am hopeful that it will hold up well

Responsive customer service, quick delivery, and a nice finished product!

Excellent rugs and customer service, best part is the rug is made here in the US.

The incorrect rug was delivered and while
I was emailed a return slip for its subsequent FEDEX pickup there was no other service recovery offered. There was no follow up once the rug I’d actually ordered was finally delivered. A disappointing customer experience.

The rugs I ordered were everything they told me that they would be. I'm very pleased!

This company should be at the very top of everyone's list if you like friendly service, reliability, and a superior product. They hit all the bases and delivered exactly what I wanted.

THE QUALITY IS IMPECCABLE! BEFORE I RECEIVED
MY DOOR MAT, I APPRECIATED WHAT I HAD READ ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE MANUFACTURING OF THEIR PRODUCTS, BUT NOW SEEING IS BELIEVING. IT IS SO NICELY DONE! BEAUTIFUL!
PREVIOUSLY, I HAD TO REPLACE MY PERSONALIZED
OUTDOOR MAT ABOUT EVERY YEAR. THIS CO. PRIDES ITSELF IN THEIR LASTING DURABILITY. NOW, I WAIT, BUT IT'S LOOKING GOOD.

The best costumer service EVER!!!!! Would highly recommend them …. They are very PROFESSIONAL…. CARE about you as a person…. And on top of that… they do Quality work …. They did an amazing job…
They went above and beyond to be sure… everything was to my satisfaction…. Thank you …. So so much!!!

We were pleasantly surprised at the speed of shipping, efficiency, and customer service we received, as well as the actual product. When the color we picked was not available, the owner did not stop trying to reach me on my cell phone to get it right. I picked the next color available and am so pleased with the color and the quality. Next time I need a rug, I will buy again from RugsThatFit on PublicSq.

This company is amazing. I have purchased many rugs from them and each time I am pleasantly surprised. They are easy to work with and the quality of their rugs are phenomenal

Customer services was great! Answered all my questions and in a very timely manner. The sample was large enough (6"x 7 1/2") to get a good idea of color and pattern and how it would feel under foot. I ordered a 4'x7' and it measured exactly 4x7, which was very important to me since there was less than 1/4" add'l space between the stove and island. Very pleased with my new kitchen rug and would definitely recommend RugsThatFit.

The support and professionalism of the team made the difference.

Love the custom rugs for our office with our logo! Most of all, they are Made in the USA!!!

Received my new mat last week and it’s EXACTY what I was looking for. We live in a neighborhood with deer and they have a habit of laying on it at our front door. It’s easy to vacuum and to clean marks off it.

I love RugsThatFit.... they met our deadline and gave such wonderful service. I really love working with those guys - so communicative and service-oriented!

The owners gave me personalized attention, ensuring that my RTF was perfect for the space I intended. 💋

Dan Jones was great to work with. Very responsive and made ordering very easy. My overall experience was excellent. Thank you!

They did a great job! My rug was for an inset, it was cut and fits perfectly! Customer service was great and easy to order!

My Infinity entry rug was custom made just as I indicated in my order, was well packed, and arrived before estimated delivery date. The rug is beautiful!
