Rugs.com Arvostelua

I’ve ordered a few rugs from rugs.com. This is the second time that my rug has gotten “lost in the mail.” The problem is rugs.com. does nothing about it. The rug just stays lost in limbo with no update or status. It just doesn’t show up. I have to call several times to get customer service to “investigate.” Then two months later I receive my product with no discount or money back. It’s just not worth it. Order a discount rug somewhere else.

I have used Rugs.Com many times. I have never had a problem. The rugs are always delivered on time and in excellent condition. They have a large selection across many types of rugs. The quality of the rugs I've bought are better than one would expect for the consistently low prices. Someday I'm going to find the just right vintage wool rug and won't hesitate a moment to buy it sight unseen from this company. In the meantime I'm having a wonderful time changing rugs on a whim. The friends I pass them on to are happy also.

I love Rugs.com! I’ve ordered several rugs from this company, and each one has helped make my home look more elegant and welcoming. The quality is great, the selection is excellent, and the delivery is always on time. I’ve never had any issues with my orders.
One thing I especially appreciate is their store credit rewards program. It’s a nice bonus that helps save money on future purchases.
I highly recommend Rugs.com to anyone looking for beautiful rugs, reliable service, and great customer perks.

The website is very deceitful. On the product page it says free 2-day shipping. When you add the rug to the cart, 2-day shipping becomes $79.99.
I was told by a manager that what that means is it will leave their warehouse within 2 days….for free. I explained to him that what he is referring to is order processing, not shipping. He understood but said he could not do anything about it.

Description is clear the price is great v

Excellent searching viewing prices & ordering website system.
Photos were beautiful. Expecting a beautiful rug for many years enjoyment.

Easy to process!! Looked at a lot of rugs companies to order from and i felt like you were a legit company and would stand by your product

Easy to navigate online. Many colors, styles, and sizes. Looking for this many options at brick and mortar store would take forever.

I ordered a rug and there were some defects in the product. Rug.com was responsive and offered us store credit. We look forward to our replacement.
Customer service and the website are user friendly, and the prices are very competitive.

Your selection is great! Much nicer than one of your competitors. I also like that you have more genuine rugs as opposed to washable, thin rugs.

Easy to view and order product. I will let you know when delivered about product.

Thank you

Easy! Great choices!

Locating the perfect rug and making the purchase was simple. Waiting on my rugs arrival to see the quality. I will come back and make and update.

Excellent rug and excellent service! The rug looks exactly as described, feels soft and well-made, and fits perfectly in my space. I was especially impressed with the delivery—it arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Fast shipping, great quality, and a beautiful addition to my home. Highly recommended!

I really love my new rug. It’s the perfect final piece in my new bedroom and it compliments the look of the room really nicely. It feels good to walk across, the pile is comforting. I’m very happy with the price, the speed of delivery and the order process. My son is shopping rugs and will definitely buy from rugs.com.
