We bought two rugs to start last year, and we fell in love. I’ve washed both rugs about twice now, and spot cleaning it has never been easier. The quality of the rugs are great. We have now seven rugs, and we just purchased just our eighth one. They are perfect for anywhere in the house- the bathroom, entryway into the house by the door, bedrooms, and living rooms. I also appreciate their honesty and page where they define which size and texture rugs are washable in what size laundry machines. We exchanged one rug because we didn’t like the color- we swapped it out with another- through a very easy hassle-free process- and we love the new one we exchanged! I’m a huge fan and my husband knows it. I should get an influencer commission because 4 friends have bought multiple rugs per my Rec!

This is my 4th rug..so happy with the first 3. Looking forward to putting this one in the foyer as a nice welcome to family and friends.

The new tufted rugs are phenomenal. It feels like a real rug. You wouldn't guess that they are washable rugs. Ruggable has leveled up!

I recently bought 2 Gabbah Gray tufted rugs for my kitchen. They were down for only 10 days before one of our dogs had diarrhea on it. I immediately threw it in the wash. I didn't even pre-treat and it came out perfect. I can't even tell where the stain was. Perfect for my home!

I do love Ruggable rugs, and I own at least seven of them. Your product is excellent, your delivery is prompt and your operation seems to run very well, but there is an exception.

I recently ordered a new rug, and although I liked the looks of the rug, it did not go at all with my existing Ruggable rug that was just a few feet away. In fact, it looked terrible.

Because I could not locate my order number, I couldn’t use the automated exchange app. I called every number I could find multiple times. One or two were on the website, one was on the mailing label on the package I received, and I believe one was in an email. I called at least three numbers, possibly more. And in every case they said the phone number was no longer active. There was no place that offered an option to talk to a human. I did talk to a chatbot, and I responded to texts and emails when I received them. I kept on getting the same automated response, telling me that all I needed to do was enter my order number and proceed. Of course, my problem was that I did not have my order number.

It was maddening, and very time-consuming, and nearly brought me to tears. Eventually I got a message asking me if such-and-such a person had provided me good service. I responded by saying that I did not get good service and I did not have the information I needed, and I needed to talk to someone. I didn’t get a response to that message.

I finally did hear from a human being, and of course it only took them a minute to locate my order number and I was back in business.

Your automated system works well, but it is not infallible, and I believe that you have to have a number where someone can talk to a live person if they have exhausted every other possible source of information.

In case you are wondering, I am indeed a senior citizen, but I am pretty tech, savvy, and I’m not one of those people who complains anytime I have to use an automated system. In fact, I prefer them. If I can get my needs satisfied by talking to a chatbot or listening to a recording, I am perfectly content with that. But this was really difficult encounter with your automated systems. And frankly, it helped me understand why so many of my peers suffer so much frustration about these systems and the lack of human engagement when things go wrong.

I have purchased 4 rugs from Ruggable and I am very satisfied with each one. They are well made and colors are exactly as pictured.

Love their products and give 5 stars but customer service is not willing to be accommodating in changing an order . I got the impression it was more of a bother to them to change an order . Their unwillingness to work with me resulted in an overall 3 star review for me .

It takes a long time to be 'created' I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks now and status just says 'creating'. The time it takes to ship out is not transparent and all customer service will tell you is keep waiting. would not recommend

Utterly the worst. First off, they are way more expensive than other washable rugs. Secondly, they take forever to get you your merchandise. I ordered a rug on 11/22/23. They created a label on 11/30. I checked on its status 4 times from 12/2-12/11 and either didn’t get a response or was told it was already shipped. But it hadn’t shipped. I tried calling but they have no CS phones working. They have chat that takes an HOUR to get a response on. I was finally told today they don’t know what happened to my rug but if I want to wait another 3 WEEKS they will get it to me. NOPE. I will give my money to Wayfair, Overstock, or any other competitor.

I purchased my first ruggable a couple of years ago I love it easy to wash and looks brand new!! I decided to purchase a runner I was looking for something thicker for comfort the tufted rug is amazing loved it so much I bought another and customer service is unbelievable they answer you promptly and are so helpful!

They suck to work with. I asked them ahead of my purchase when my rug would be shipped. I travel a lot so I need to be home to receive it. A month later, and my rug hasn't shipped. They said it will soon but I will be gone so it will probably be stolen from my porch.

I really love that you can wash and dry the rugs Because 1 have one elderly cat that makes a mistake once in awhile . She has a hard time getting to the bathroom fast . Pluss the rugs look great .

I ordered two Christmas runners for my hallway. They shipped separately, one arrived perfectly on time and one arrived a couple of days later. (I paid for expedited shipping)
Several days later, I ordered two more rugs. This time they were shipped together and arrived quickly. I have gotten multiple compliments on them. They look beautiful! Well worth the money!

The dining room chairs are great, lovely colors! sturdy! comfortable! All over a great deal, excellent customer service, this is my second order, adding to the group!

Just received my Ruggable order and it came in sooner than expected which was very exciting. It looks great and very true to the colors in the site images. I will be ordering more for other areas/seasons.

Difficult to access customer service. Their return fees are also abnormally high. I went back and forth with customer service for nearly two weeks trying to resolve a mix-up on their end, with multiple days where I got no response. Ultimately they cancelled my order and I was left irked with the entire experience --- all for a $189 doormat.

I have purchased both a small 3 X 5 rug and a runner. I purchased the small rug first because I wanted to be sure that the color and the design worked for me. There is a slight difference in color although the same design and color choice.
I purchased because the rugs lay flat and do not move. I also believed that they were washable.
So far, they do lay flat, even though the mat under the runner is too short.
They are not machine washable as some advertising implies. I am not looking forward to washing as directed on the label and hanging them out to dry. Also, one should use a vacuum with suction only. This is also not ideal.

Great product - this is my second rug. So easy to care for (and I have two cats). I will definitely be ordering more!

I am enjoying my new Ruggable. I liked my first one so much I ordered a second one. I love the selections. Customer service is great. I entered my shipping address incorrectly on my second shipment. I emailed customer service and they updated my shipping address within 24 hours.
