You are explaining that you are disappointed about an item being listed wrong:
We do make it very clear on our website which buckles are compatible, including a pop-up BUCKLE INFORMATION button where photos and description are included. Plus, we are available for a live person (no wait) by telephone M-F / 9-5) if you have any questions that need an instant answer. ;-)
Regarding your complaint about the return fee:
This fee is not a punishment nor a profit mechanism. It only covers credit card fees and brand packaging losses, but does not provide revenue. Please understand that the Return Fee is only in place because banks are charging ridiculous fees to e-commerce merchants when customers purchase and again additional fees when they return - basically double tapping the merchants for every transaction in each direction. None of those fees are refunded to the merchant ever because the cc companies do not care about merchant loss. Big box giants such as Amazon and similar can absorb loss when customers change their mind about a product and wish to return. However, we have no room to do so. As a niche e-commerce site selling only one type of high-end product (versus large-box online stores we have all become accustomed to), return costs cannot be absorbed. These terms are listed on our website Return Policy, which is included during checkout and also on your email receipt.
Rubber B is a small brand, providing the absolute highest quality straps from the top Swiss factory (where luxury brands such as Hublot, Omega, Vacheron, Chanel, etc manufacture their straps priced at 2x to 4x higher than ours just because of their name). In order to meet the needs of as many customers as possible inclusively, RB has always provided our products as low priced as possible, which does not provide padding for losses on the return scale.
We understand with compassion that people need to be able to make returns, and we provide the fastest return process possible. We truly regret that we cannot cover the costs associated with them, and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In any case, we are sorry that you experienced this misunderstanding and we do thank you again for your interest in Rubber B!

An Excellent Option for Rubber
I’ve tried Vanguard as well as Zealande straps before pulling the trigger on a RubberB. Both were great straps but I finally bought my first Rolex and I wanted to go a little upmarket for it. The RubberB strap is just as good as the others when it comes to material and fitment but surpasses them in a small but important metric. The free-floating keeper on the RubberB stays where I put it! On the others I was constantly putting it back where I wanted throughout the day. It’s supple yet strong and looks great. I’m very happy with my purchase. Also, it fits my 17cm wrist perfectly.

Unmatched quality
I really like the design and quality of the RubberB straps that I ordered for my Aquanaut. I hope RunnerB makes their rubber compound just a tad softer and more pliable, but no complaints with my latest purchase whatsoever. Shipping was quick, despite being international.
