Customer service is excellent!
Email back to Rubbaseal reporting the delivery driver left a damaged tin of glue leaking inside of the box outside my front door . Not rang the door bell or knock on the door .
Took photos and emailed to Rubbaseal and got a replacement tin the next day !! To me is a fantastic service as I have little time to deal with situations like like this and off in the morning to do the next job 👍

All good.
Okay. I,m a chippy by trade and this was my first go with a rubber roof (warm build up)
Very straight firward and easy to use. Rubbaseal did deliver some broken parts, but I think that was a courier problem not them directly. Isent them pictures and received replacements the following day. Hopefully using these guys again on my next job..

Received the product promptly but unfortunately some of the items and packaging was damaged apparently by the courier service. Contacted the supplier and they re sent and replaced the damaged piece again promptly. We haven’t used the product as yet as we are waiting to have a structure built. It did come highly recommended by the builder though.

Hi Brian,
We are really happy to hear you received the replacement quickly and apologise for the original damage. Unfortunately, as we use an external courier, occasionally issues like this can occur but we can only hope that the quick resolution by our customer service team and the recommendation from your installer helped to restore your faith in us! I hope the rest of the job goes smoothly.

Staff member noticed one product was marked so immediately replaced it with another one.
Would be great if the email advising collection actually showed the address to pick up from i.e. not Rubbaseal but Avenir Roofing.

Hi there,
Thanks for the amazing review! We appreciate your feedback and will look into this. Rubbaseal and Avenir Roofing LTD are sister companies so occasionally this can get slightly confusing. We hear you and will put this forward for discussion.

Bought a rubber roof with extras
Bought a rubber roof with extras . Contact adhesive etc, for a company to fit. I was not told it was next day delivery. As I work away from home.
The delivery was left on my drive.
The cans of contact adhesive were badly bashed with one leaking. The rubber roof material had deep scores in it. Which the company fitting it said, it was of poor quality, as some scores were quite deep.
I did contact the company, but to be honest fobbed off, with it will be okay for warranty. No mention of the leaking adhesive. I would not recommend or buy from this company again, as even the rubber delivery bag was ripped open with ply wood shards inside it.

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Vastaus yritykseltä RubbaSeal
Hello,
Thank you for the review.
We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the quality of our EPDM. Occasionally the rubber can show blemishes however, what i think you are referring to by the "deep scores" is something that can occasionally occur during the seaming process. We have had direct confirmation from our manufacturers that this is nothing to worry about at all and is still covered under our 20-year warranty. We would never let anybody install a roof with rubber that was not fit for purpose. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you as we will be happy to help.

I ordered a rubber roofing system from RubbaSeal. There were many options on the market, and I wasn’t know which company to choose, but I’m glad I decided to go with them.
The product is excellent, and the delivery service was even better. The estimated delivery time was 2–3 working days, but I placed my order on Tuesday afternoon and received it the very next day before 1:00 pm, which was a pleasant surprise.
My only small criticism is that the company didn’t send any notification to let me know that my order had been dispatched or that it would be delivered the following day. Apart from that, I’m very happy with both the product and the service, and I would happily recommend RubbaSeal.
