Hi Mr Whiting: thanks for leaving your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the one missing item: it's very unlike our warehouse team to make such an error, as you can tell from the huge quantity of 5* reviews we get. I'm sure that, if you gave us another chance, you'd find the service and delivery as excellent as our product and price. Hoping the installation goes well for you, From the Team at RubberSeal.

Recent purchase
Ordered this roof from Rubba Seal, and is a good quality piece of kit. It arrived fast and was left with a neighbour, the only thing l would say l would have liked a notification that it had arrived apart from that would highly recommend.

Great product and easy to install.
I would advise to go for the thicker rubber because I think it will last longer and it takes a bit more pulling about.
My only down point would be is that it's very heavy but that's the price of quality.
Very happy 👍

Best Price I found on internet
Delivered in good condition and well wrapped. Got the rubber on just in time for Storm Amy, and I'm pleased to report that everything is bone dry inside :)
Went with Rubba Seal as price was the best I could find, and the instructional videos were good.

Well I ordered a large roof covering…
Well I ordered a large roof covering 7.4m x 7.4m, the courier they used to send it broke it out of its packaging/pallet and dragged it down the road and abandoned it at my drive, no contact with me no ringing the doorbell or anything, as you can imagine I was not impressed, I called Rubba Seal and told them that this was not acceptable, they arranged to have it collected and replaced with a new covering, long story short it did cause me delays but they resolved it without any drama. thanks Shana.
