Rt medical blamed us for equipment that wasn’t working which was a life sustaining machine stating it was just delivered 20 days ago and that’s why they believed it was our fault. I let them listen to it malfunctioning over the phone. It would turn on then turn off moments later leaving my mom in a Vulnarble state and us having to rely on ems services if she started choking or lungs started filling up due to the suction machine for her trach not working. Because they believed it was our fault and the machine was 20 days old they refused to bring out the suction machine and said it would be delivered the next day and this was the manager saying this!!! They delivered the machine at 11:04 next day. I called at 8pm. That’s 15 hours without a life sustaining equipment. They picked the machine up and called the next day stating the machine was fine and battery was fine. I’m positive they switched the battery and said it to cover their self. They made my husband sign a form that was completely inaccurate to avoid being penalized by the state but I have video evidence and a nurse that will testify to it malfunctioning and inoperable. They didn’t have me sign it the POA and I’m the one that reported it. This is absolutely inexcusable. Management needs to be held accountable for the negligence because they are a 24/7 medical equipment facility! Also: I found out today that they dropped my mom as a client because I reported their negligence. I let them know I reported them and left reviews so others would know.

You offer prompt reliable shipment for something that doesn't seem to be that easy to find.

Easily 5 stars if you are able to simply put this chemical into pill tabs so I don't have to do it myself.

Munish and Ash provided a kind, thoughtful, and supportive atmosphere for the member in attendance. They provided opportunities for questions, and empathic listening, and used humor to help create a light and playful atmosphere.

It seems like an excellent resource for people with Long-COVID. I love the library of resources - I want to check that out for sure to learn more about it as it seems very comprehensive. The team seems very competent, some of which have had personal experience with long-COVID so they understand in great detail & can empathize with the symptoms.

I have been to a few sessions and will continue to attend more sessions in the future because they offer helpful advice while I wait for future appointments with specialists. I trust the information given to me because it's from a reliable source.

As a person who is suffering from Long haul covid. It was really great to be able to speak to medical professionals and also other sufferers. Hearing their stories and potential recommendations brought me mental relief. And realizing that you are not alone.

I am finally starting to understand my health status and how to begin feeling better - thank you.

A really good session with lots of people sharing experiences with long covid. It helps to see the wide variety of different impacts of the virus, and makes one feel less alone.

It's amazing to come to a place where there are people just like you who are suffering from a yet to be defined and diagnosed ailment. I felt so alone in the fatigue and suffering I was going through until I came and realized there were people just like me looking for answers.
