Zippers do not work! Broke in 6 months!
My 3 year old Yeti is still working great!

Bought six handled hot/cold mugs in two different sizes. They work well. What wasn’t clear upon ordering is that left handed tops cost extra. Being left handed and using two for myself caused an inconvience and a ridiculous expense. I had to place a second order for left handed lids. I asked to be removed from their email list but still get offers. I have a middle finger on my left hand for this unfair company.

Everything about this company now sucks from management to leadership .

Tried making an online order for a week. They told me problem was fixed three different days. Called customer service. Did everything they suggested and what their IT said to try. Rebooted my modem, my laptop, cleared cookies & data, used 3 different browsers, didn't use promo codes, separated my order from name on bottle. Nothing worked for my order to complete last step.
Asked to place my order over the phone. They said it was their policy not to take orders over the phone for an order that had a name request on an item. (only the kids water bottle, nothing else). I asked if the mgr could make an exception since nothing else was working. The answer was no.
So their program has a glitch/failure and they won't take my order over the phone. WOW Is this anyway to run a business?

i order 72 pieces of lid from this website and i received delivery in 4 days i am happy with the service they are provided the packaging was good overall great experience will order again

I ordered multiple times 100 pieces and I received 85 86 pieces i asked multiple times for support but they didn't accept the mistake and every time they refused to send me my missing pieces.

RTIC has liquidators that they hire to sell off overstock, they pay for freight, and it ships from their inventory. If you get on ebay right now you will see that RTIC is pushing alot of product through them to liquidate overstock. A white 110 quart cooler is between $120 and $140 right now and I purchased one for a freind who did not care about color. I purchased 2 each but Tan in color for our two boys at $170 each, one went to Arizona and one went to Utah, both came as white, I got a response after several trys with them saying they would make it up and then nothing. I left a poor review to both ebay, the seller and now RTIC who shipped the wrong color from their inventory.I can still buy white at much less than what I paid to get tan.
