RS Education really helped me with my university admission process. They guided me in choosing the right course and made the application part stress-free. Extremely unprofessional experience with agent Elina

I had a deeply disappointing experience with RS Education, specifically with one of their agents, Elina. I trusted her to assist me with my student finance application, but due to her careless and incorrect handling of the process, my application was submitted with major errors. As a result, it’s now significantly delayed by Student Finance, and I’m left dealing with the consequences.

To make things worse, Elina refused to admit any fault when the issue was brought to her attention. Instead, she responded rudely and showed a complete lack of professionalism or willingness to help resolve the problem.

Because of the incorrect advice I received, I also had to urgently take the IELTS exam in an accelerated timeframe, which cost me a lot of money, time, and stress — all of which could have been avoided with accurate information and proper support.

I do not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and respectful educational guidance. I sincerely hope RS Education takes this feedback seriously and reviews their internal standards and staff training.

Leo is outstanding! He guided me through every step of the application process with professionalism and care and he also offered support on the day of my interview. His expertise, patience, and ability to communicate in multiple languages (Italian, Spanish, and English) made everything so much easier.
