Above and beyond! I dealt with Avais and Reiss securing my first mortgage and they both helped massively making sure everything was clear to me and providing assistance when I needed it. My experience was very good, everything was explained as we went through the process and questions. If I wasn’t sure Wendy was clear and concise with explanations of different concerns along the way. Time was not a problem Wendy had all the time to spend talking me through the process it was very slick.

First time buyer so wasn't sure what to expect and as I haven't done this before I got no previous
experience to compare it against but what can say they got things done swiftly, explained the whole process and kept me updated regularly so from my perspective I cant fault them really..
