Watch will not last a year and warranty stated of 2 years and 5 years in real terms a 30 day returns policy so will never be honured. Looks great in advertising but watch is cheap and nasty and will not last long. Better buying a watch from a reputable maker with a genuine warranty.

received my watch within a few days, the design is really nice and high quality. got already a few questions from my friends where i'd got it. if you are a car lover like me, you should threat yourself and get one aswel!

Awful. My elderly mom ordered a watch on her grandsons recommendation and she intended it for Xmas. It arrived with no band. They said multiple times they had reshipped it and nothing arrived. It’s now Feb and she can’t get anyone to even provide tracking. The company appears to be a scam. Stay away.

I ordered my watch it never arrived. They said as soon as they got it back I would get a refund between 3-7 working Days. That was in December before Christmas and now I'am still waiting on my refund. Please do not buy from her awful customer service.

Half jaar geleden een horloge bij dit bedrijf besteld. Netjes ontvangen, niks mis mee.
Nu is er echter de secondewijzer afgevallen, ligt in de behuizing, waardoor het wiel klem komt te zitten.
Al diverse mails en berichten gestuurd, krijg echter op geen enkele manier contact met dit bedrijf. 2 jaar garantie waarop je dus geen aanspraak kunt maken!

The watch is amazing!!!! The quality of the watch and strap all are top notch. But after sometime there was bubbling on the paintwork of the watch. I contacted the team on Instagram and replied immediately! They helped me out and sent me a replacement right away!!

Purchased a watch in Sept. The second hand broke 2 weeks after it was purchased. I have sent multiple emails and requests for warranty exchange and received No response. Very disappointing.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my great nephew. The watch is beautiful but the pins to adjust the band length appear to be defective and would not engage properly. RS Chrono to my great nephew that they would replace the band, but that has gone unaddressed. They have failed to follow up with my direct email inquiry. The watch may be beautiful, but their Customer Service is awful. False promises and unanswered inquiries.

The watch arrived promptly, but had quite a “cheap” feel. Adjusting the bar was straightforward.
About two weeks later the second hand fell off.
I have emailed three times to ask about repairs warranty. No reply.

I have not received my money are you guys playing the fool with me. Where the hell is my refund. It's a very big mistake I made by ordering from you frauds & scammers. Cheating people with money is your job. I'll put all this in tweeter now.

Don't buy any from them they scammers & Fraud sent me a 100 rs watch which didn't even order and now not even returning my money. So stop buying from them.

I LOVE THE WATCH!!!!!! but a couple weeks ago the hands on my watch just popped off…I have been trying to get it resolved and have gotten a response 2 ish days later after i sent an email about it but i used a different email when i bought it so i had to send another email and they still haven’t answered me and i sent it a little over a week ago and haven't gotten a response since then. I love this watch and brand and would love to buy again but having this problem with customer service and trying to fix my watch kinda makes me manna change my mind. ( I will have a follow up review when they get back to me)

Don't buy this trash those watches are a scam only working for few weeks and stop working and make you spend more buy the battery and finally is the defective watch i take to repair and the technician tell me that is nothing i can do because is a Chinese movement and they shows me on eBay same watches for 25 Dollars different stiles and this rats of RS Chrono sells for 125 and promise guaranteed and they star putting excuses to change or repair and the guy to answer the only number is his house changed the voice and apparently is different employee all the time is scammer that's open this website to still don buy this trash i have pictures of other sellers for 19.99 on eBay and this people asking 125 does this is abuse

Ordered 1 month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped I was excited to get it on my birthday since it said 10-14 business days and it has been a month they are not answering to my emails and idk what to do

One of the worst experience ever in terms of customer service had ordered a Vorsprung RS5 Gyro watch exactly 6 days ago they said they will inform on dispatch of watch and guess what nothin no email then I emailed them about it no response im just thinking if I got scammed I don't think this is worth the time and money man

I’ve been trying to contact for two weeks @RsChrono about my watch delivery saying it has an exception and no answer I just want to know what’s up with my order!!!! Multiple emails and contact on Instagram has been tried but nothing.

What is written in your website is all fake....

The watch looks very good and feels premium but it stopped working 2 days after use. Even a 5$ watch works for longer, I've sent them an email and haven't gotten a response yet. I hope they fix this for me.

Edit (07/04/2025): It's been a couple of weeks by then, I never got a reply nor a solution from them. I just took the matter in my hands and changed the battery for 5$ and it works fine now. These guys are just selling cheap watches for an extreme sum.

Last week, they finally responded to my numerous emails saying they'd finally give me a refund after weeks of going back and forth with this company. To this day I have still not received my refund nor have I received any responses to my emails about my mising refund. I have emailed them back with the order number on the day they said they'd give me my refund.

However I am still yet to receive it. Additionally, I've lost the money for posting the item back to them from ym own pocket. I won't even bother bringing that up since it'll take me another 2 months to recover that if I even can.
