Nice people and great stock, but I was disappointed with how the situation around a car I went to see was handled. I drove 40 minutes to view a car that was publicly listed for sale and called ahead on my way to let them know I was coming. When I arrived, I was shown the car and was interested in purchasing it. However, while I was there, the salesperson called another customer who then placed a deposit on the car, and it was sold to them without me being given the opportunity to leave a deposit or purchase the car myself.

I understand businesses have their own policies and someone may have had prior interest, but from a customer point of view, after travelling 40 minutes and being physically in the showroom ready to buy, it would have been fair to at least offer me the chance to place a deposit or have first refusal at that point.

That said, the staff were polite and helpful, and they do have very good stock. This was just my experience and feedback on how the situation was handled.

Bought my 981 Cayman GTS, the car was fantastic and perfectly how it was described.

I had some issues and inconveniences with RPM that I never had with my OPC. Maybe I was just unlucky hence my "neutral" rating.

Once again RPM Technik have provided me with excellent service with respect to my 997.2. Much better than my local OPC, wish I’d used them earlier. Most recently their resident detailer Mark did a fantastic job on my front spoiler /rear bumper bringing them up to showroom condition without resorting to a re-spray. Their prices are reasonable and there’s even a great cafe on the trading estate !

I took my car to RPM after Porsche themselves could not find the issue. They were able to back to back road test my car with another car of the same specification. They could not have done more.

Nice bunch of people, some amazing cars in stock. Ozzy is sales was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend

RPM HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
RPM told me on 2 occasions that they had fixed the overheating problem on my 911C4S
They hadn’t…..after 12 weeks in their garage,
over 4 visits, they simply couldn’t fix my car. But it was never their fault! Most times I booked it in I had to phone them after 2/3 weeks to ask what progress. They’re hopeless at communication and simply defensive in their attitude. When I finally got my car back today I told the operative that brought the car to the front how unhappy I was with their service…….as he walked away he was quite insulting and intimidating. If RPM Technic feel defamed by any of this then I suggest they sue me.
RPM are incompetent and incapable of any reasonable level of expertise in my opinion
