Answered our call on Christmas Eve, and undertook water mains replacement, giving us good advice and completing the work quickly.

I asked Reactive Plumbing and Drainage Ltd to install a mains water pipe and tap from the road to my house in Higher Bebington, Wirral. I would thoroughly recommend them. The standard of there workmanship and the care and respect shown in there work is outstanding.

Came out the same day, they charged the quoted price despite needing to get the jetter out twice and the job not being straightforward. Reactive Plumbing did a great job - it was quite a big job and awkward due to having two seperate stopcocks. But they sorted it within the day and left the place tidy. Thanks to Ian/Emma for the excellent and polite service.

Contacted Reactive Plumbing to replace my Lead Pipe. They came out quickly and quoted me. They also told me about the Lead Pipe Replacement Scheme and they explained how I could benefit from the Scheme. I was that impressed with Ian and his team, I have paid to have them come back to check all of my underground pipes with their camera system and I am also getting a price for moving the location of my soil pipe and replacing my old clay pipes with more modern plastic pipework. RPD NW replaced our lead water supply pipe. Ian and Tom were very polite, knowledgeable and hard working and completed the job within the day to a very high standard including reinstatement. Great communication by Emma as well beforehand explaining the process. I would highly recommend them.

RPDNW replaced water main lead piping for me this week and what started out as a simple job turned into a very difficult job for the Team. They were professional from start to finish and overcame some extremely complex issues that I fear many others wouldnt have managed!

RPD initially carried out a cctv survey of our drains which identified significant issues and a detailed scope of works required which has now been completed to a high standard. We highly recommend RPD.

Lead Replacement.
A big thank you for an excellent job in replacing my lead piping. Cannot believe the difference. It took the flow rate from 10.5 litres per minute to over 22 litres per minute just fabulous, as my brother says ".....enough to strip the skin off my back in the shower!" Great job, thoughtful and accomplished. The brick driveway was also reinstalled perfectly. Thank you so much.
