the account looked easy to use until the money never reached my bank. Even the FAQ failed to explain what was happening.

My biggest issue was that verification started only after I requested a payout.

Crashed mid spin! balance wrong now

after tea the balance updated on desktop but not mobile for nearly half an hour. Support said refresh, as if I had not already worn out the button. Not ideal. Nobody should need three chats for one obvious answer

the balance updates over a page refresh rather than live, so during a feature round the figure at the top is wrong until you reload, and reloading during a feature is how i lost one.

The jackpot slot froze on a delayed train, costing me the round.

maybe I’m being picky, but I saved a game, opened cashier and read the KYC page; mobile page kept covering buttons.

loading spinner has more airtime than the actual slots on my phone tbh

Same utility bill rejected twice for being 'unclear'

Cashout for 41 changed from review to pending while I was at work. No email, no account message, just the same reference opening an empty details box. Support still had the same old note afterwards.
