Lovely outdoor furniture, would recommend it to anyone, seat cushions could do with being a bit firmer, other wise a very good buy, 1 issue the delivery people dropped the big one , good job it was packed well or it might have broken

Great customer service
Great customer service. The product we ordered was missing a part and I emailed support and got an email back within a few hours giving two options. I'm very pleased with how fast my inquiry was handled. The product we purchased is very well made and the directions to assemble the product were well written. If I could give this company more stars I would. Very pleased.

I ordered a 3 seater bench. It arrived well packaged and in good time. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy and of excellent quality. A wonderful addition to my garden. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Privacy screen
Bought the “ privacy screen” for our aircraft pergola. Brilliant quality however it is definitely not a privacy screen as it is completely see through and so I feel you are misleading customers by calling it this. It is more like a fly screen. Happy to send photos.

Ordered a 3 x 4 Pergola ordering and delivery great no problems was called 30mins before arrival. Pergola looks great very happy so far, ordered as I have RoyalCraft outdoor sofa set that I’ve had 10-15 years and still good, hopefully this will last years

Excellent service from start to finish
For anyone thinking about buying from Royalcraft, do not hesitate.
We took delivery of the Amira 5str group in may . Delivery was very quick ,the delivery team were great and the product was exceptionally good value for money .
After 1month we had a slight problem with a seam on a cushion cover . The full cushion was replaced within a week .
All round excellent service !

Penny pinching.
No issues at all with my new patio dining set. Looks great. I would have given a 5 star review but I do not understand why when this is an expensive piece of furniture, the spanner to tighten the bolts is pathetic and a complete waste of time. Royalcraft, you need to look at this and stop penny pinching.

AMIRA bistro set
The product we purchased, AMIRA bistro set, arrived swiftly and well packaged. It was easy to assemble and the quality is very good. Our only slight disappointment is that the coffee table top is much whiter than we expected with a slightly sparkly finish. We were expecting it to be a bit more neutral in tone as it says it isconcrete. Other than that. Very happy with the furniture and comfort.

I’ve had such a good experience…
I’ve had such a good experience shopping with Royalcraft from start to finish.
I ordered the Zuro 5 Seater Lounging Set and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it.
The sofa is incredibly comfortable, with generous deep, spacious seats that making it perfect place for our family to relax.
Without a doubt, it’s the best outdoor furniture I’ve ever owned.

Delivery crew polite and good
Delivery crew polite and good. The problem is the chairs arrived in a huge cardboard box and now have to get rid of box. Well packed and protected, the rattan chairs for the money really good, and hope they last. Just one annoyance, had to wipe down the chairs as they were really grubby, obviously from Chinese factory, and you need to be aware of that. Would buy from Royalcraft again.
