Great product, good service, delivery on time and delivery gentleman friendly & covered all Covid instruction.
Have had Royal Garden Furniture for a few years and original seat covers have lasted very well. These new ones are smashing! Look forward for some sunshine

A bit scant on delivery information ! Otherwise all ok.

Apart from having initial difficulties processing card payment through PayPal, I was very pleased with the quality of the chair cushions I purchased and feel they are good value for money. The person I spoke to on the phone, re payment difficulties was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use this company again.

Brilliant cushions took a while to get them but that was the post office fault

Ordering was very easy - delivery was even better than expected.

Arrived quickly on the date specified. All in good condition just what we need for our patio.

Very pleased with our table and chairs. The only problem was one of the screw heads was broken and there was no spare.

We already have owned Royal Garden furniture for over 17 years and needed to replace 2 of the chairs so bought the stack of 4 chairs in same design. Ordering was simple and delivery was efficient and friendly. We are thrilled with the continued quality - not always a given in a product first purchased a long time ago!

Despite not receiving a phone call the previous day to inform me my furniture would be arriving the next day, the gentleman who delivered it was more than helpful. As I am disabled he brought it into my flat for me. It has yet to be assembled but looks lovely.

The order was placed nearly two weeks ago and I have not been updated as to when my items are going to be delivered. Pretty poor customer service hence my mark.

Really good service, delivered when expected and fully informed by the courier when to expect the delivery. We have bought Royal Garden before and really love the quality and style of the products. Highly recomended

Cushions I ordered are very good quality and arrived in 15 days as promised.

First time I've ordered from here but it won't be the last, my delivery was within 15 min and the food was fantastic, the house special fried rice was cooked to perfection as was the king prawn chicken curry, chicken felt like it just melted in my mouth will become a regular with new royal garden that for sure

Lack of communication from order online. After three messages left on answer machine and email finally got to speak to someone. Since then all been good. Would have been 5 stars but for the above.
