I recently used Royal Bookings to book a weekend trip. Overall, everything was great, but when booking my tickets, there was a slight delay in confirmation. I contacted support, and they asked for a break, but later contacted me to let me know everything was resolved. I really appreciate this approach and customer care!

It was inconvenient to book from my phone - the buttons are small, the filters sometimes "jump". From the laptop everything is fine. But the service itself works great: I found tickets to Rome and a taxi from the airport without any problems. I hope they will revise the mobile version.

We rented a car for a family trip and it was a good choice. Comfortable minivan with a large trunk. Online booking went smoothly, but when returning the car we had to wait for a representative for about 30 minutes. The car was in excellent condition and we were given some useful recommendations for the trip. We are happy with the service, but would like more places where we can return the car.
