Lets put it to simple wording. Sound quality is one of the worst ones I've dealt with in looong time. Boomy bass, massive reverb and simply unpleasant. I skip al of my favourite gigs when they play th...

Be careful of ID requirement when buying tickets!
I’m a doctor working shifts and I didn’t realise the ID requirement when I bought the tickets, regrettably I had to work so that meant myself and my party I couldn’t attend the show, I usually look out for this when I buy tickets but didn’t see it this time, only realised when the tickets arrived.
I have just looked at booking process and I see if you book on your phone (which I did) you probably won’t see the T&Cs as you have to scroll down 3 pages to get to that bit. Roundhouse - please make any important T&Cs clear in the booking process so others don’t get caught out like I did!
