Poor quality, do not buy. Once upon a time I have trust in this brand, I have a pair of boots that have lasted over 10 years. So when my daughter needed boots for her public safety class, we went straight to rothco which is sold at our local military surplus store. The boots didn't last 1 month before the zipper busted. Receipt in hand we took them back to the store where the very rude owner said 'they are just aluminum zippers, what did you expect' and she reluctantly exchanged them. So apparently it's expected that the boots last 1 month before breaking (she only wore them to school). Walmart has better quality and backs their products better.

O stars should be the score, Customer service is awful, they lie, inflate shipping cost, bait and switch on pricing. They called me to get me to reorder and promised a discount. they lady they transferred said if i had a problem not getting the 5 return calls prior, she would have fixed it. I then say sales said you could add a shipping discount to my acct, SHE SAYS NO, i called back to complain and the sales manager says well don't be an A$$HOLE, I hung up, all or almost every product is made in CHINA and warranty sux, quality is below average at best, lots of complaints on products and staff is ridiculously horrible.

Do not buy this item, if for some reason it is too big or too small, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, which is not mentioned in the return policy. The quality is poor and they wrinkle on the top once you wear them! I DO NOT RECOMMEND 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I attempted to make a purchase 3 times with Rothco. It's almost like they don't want customers. I get an error stating that they don't accept credit cards from Switzerland. Well I'm in the U.S. and my card is not from Switzerland, and it works everywhere else. Tried to call, filled out the online form, and emailed. This company won't talk to you. Everything is automated. There is no customer service. Products may be good, but I'll never find out because I can't order. Very disappointing experience. Save yourself some headaches and do business elsewhere.

bought some rothco combat boots from a surplus store on granville st, their warm, suitable for the rain and i like the style ^.^ probably gonna buy some dr scholls tho as their not overly comfy on the soles. overall quite happy with them

Do not buy army chin straps. Spent an hour trying to set mine up and didnt work. They got too many straps etc. Worst freaking company and chin strap. Stop selling BS products.

The products are poorly manufactured like shirts with the barrel method at the wrist doesn’t even stay on same with the balaclavas they don’t stay up on your nose and the shoes are not even comfortable In addition to the notoriously poor manufacturing standards with the shoes you were rolling the dice

Placed an order on the 3rd of June and somehow our card was double-charged. We tried to get the charge removed and found it very difficult to get in contact with this company, we are on disability and now we cannot pay our rent until this is resolved. Very unpleased with this company, I do not recommend you deal with them. "Will Update"

I ordered two items directly from the rothco site, both of the sizes were two big for me so I returned them by mail using their return process.
They do not reimburse shipping costs for purchases or returns so that was over $20 lost.
also, I returned my item on July 6 2020 (checked my tracking number which is marked as received). I have not been refunded my almost $100 purchase.

ALSO, I have sent them about 5 emails and tried to use their website's live chat feature during their operating hours. I have gotten no response from anyone.

So now, after purchase, shipping and return, I'm out over $100 with no product and no information.

DO NOT BUY FROM ROTHCO.

I was able to get in contact with the company by calling their retailer support number. It’s a bit frustrating that they don’t seem to have a number for regular customer support, BUT the people I spoke to were very courteous and expedited my refund for me.
It seems that the company is willing to do right by the customer, but it is a shame that it doesn’t seem built into standard procedure.

Very disappointed. Their website is misleading

They claim to sell inspection ready pre formed berets with a trifold design but when I received mine it came in a jumbled up mess and looked horrible!!! Will definitely be buying elsewhere from now on.

I ordered a Rothco jacket which was too big. I requested a refund and was sent an email with the return information clearly stated in the email from Rothco. The return instructions told me to send it with the email and return authorization to Fatigues Army Navy Supply. The return was received by them according to the post office over 2 weeks ago, still no refund. I sent Rothco another email and they told me to contact their "vendor" not them. I have done that without response so far. What a run around, I will never purchase another Rothco product!

After ordering some jackets from Rothco.com, a transaction managed by Kibo, I received an email saying they'd been dispatched, but none saying they'd been delivered. On checking the tracking number they were listed as delivered by the USPS, but were never received by the person I'd asked for them to be sent them to. So I sent several emails to Kibo, most of which were ignored, and with no help from Kibo, consequently complained directly to Rothco and was then sent to their supplier, Army Universe. Who will not respond to my requests for a refund. But the jackets have still not been received, nor have I had a refund, and Rothco have been absolutely no help at all. They are not responding to emails, blaming their supplier (who I had no idea I was doing business with and has been actively unhelpful) leaving me a VERY dissatisfied and out of pocket customer and I would be wary of doing business with Rothco or any company they are associated with from now on.
