Love the watch. It looks beautiful.

The watch is top quality. I have no idea why I haven't come across this brand sooner. Very high spec for a great value. It looks and feels like it should be double or triple the price.
The strap is extremely good and has a lovely vanilla odour.
Highly recommend this brand...absolutely love it.

The watch is good, the service is not so good. They sent me a watch with different strap to what I ordered, When I sent them a request about it, never got any answer.
They claim they can provide follow-up service, I wonder if it really so.

Excellent watch and great customer service.

Unfortunately, I bought the watch, received everything correctly and the watch is beautiful. However, the product lasted a few hours and stopped working.

I've just informed you by e-mail that I'm sending it back with the maximum care and I'm sure the problem will be solved.

I love the watch -- the Atlantic! It makes me smile when I see it on my wrist. It has worked flawlessly the week that I have had it, and I am excited for it to be my everyday watch for the indefinite future. I am particularly excited with it's robust qualities since I often engage in various outdoor activities and adventures that can be harsh on gear. The luminosity has been excellent--very easy to read at night, which I appreciate since I often find myself in low light settings. The delivery was flawless as well, arriving exactly when it said it would. So far I have been very pleased with the product and the overall experience. I would highly recommend!

I wanted to add to an earlier comment (first impressions) that in the ten days that I've had the Tempest it has hardly lost/gained any time! I don't know if this is the norm, I don't know if it will change over the next few weeks or months but so far each time I compare the time on the dial it is spot on with my iPhone. Very impressive! I hope the very best for this company, it's a very competitive market but with quality like this it won't be long before they make a name for themselves that surpasses other micro brands.

Great watches. Never had had such a good quality watch for so long still looking as new. Now I upgraded it with a new band (bracelet). I bought a color matching my race paddleboard. Happy ... All purchases at Rotate North worked fine, quick and clear!
I don't say this too often, but I recommend Rotate North! Looking forward for another Rotate Nort watch ...

my rotate north uno strap was never in the water.....just lasted 2 years, this is already very sad...no warranty from your side.
so after a dissapointed time i took myself together and gave your company a second chance...ordered a new strap. the strap came in shiny cheap metal loo with a logo what is inidentifical....! i pay too much with the border extra for switzerland....the package was not really possible to open properly and ther e came out a lot of dust....then i cut with a sicor and cutte a piece of the strap!!!!

Very happy with quality of product and company communication. Purchased my watch through the website with a first time customer discount. After a nudge to customer services it was securely despatched and arrived the following week.

I am very happy with my Rotate North Atlantic I bought in October 2020. However, I must say that the NATO Watch Strap gets broken too easily taking into account its good quality and quite high price. So I have already replaced it twice since then.

There was great communication from Rotate North and shipping was exceptionally quick.
I really like and have been enjoying the Arctic. Simple, yet well put together, the watch is very legible. If there was a band that allowed the watch to sit a bit less proud on the wrist and the hands were a little more substantial, this watch would be as close to perfect (for me) as I have found.
This is my only watch from this brand, but based on the quality and shipping speed I would recommend.
