This cover is useless for New York DMV plates. This cover is over the the numbers and it is illegal to use. Surely it will be ticketed. No toll plazas can read the number plates.

Item was not as represented. It covered a lot of my license plate number and was requested to be removed by the police. You offered no return of my payment. Very bad business..

The license plate online look 3 dimensional and what I received was one dimension license plate, and it was bent too. I'm going to return and ask for refund

It covers to much of my license number to be legal.
Kind of disappointed.
If the police even seen it on my plate I'd be pulled over and instructed to remove it or sited.

I have a bishaun yorkie mix and he has a undercoat, when I got this I brushed him with ease. Best money I have ever spent, detangled his ears and neck and legs with little to no effort and my puppy didn't even mind, it did not pull his hair at all.

The product was received in a timely manner and has proven to be useful. No instructions provided but DIY people probably don’t need them! But it would help to make sure you are using it correctly.
