Smashing tea. They have an amazing range, and while they are tiny bit more expensive than my usual tea shop it really is, in my opinion, worth the price.

The customer service is excellent as well, the owners themselves responded very quickly to my questions, and posted out the order in good time with a very appreciated little extra. Will definitely by buying more.

Didn't sent ordered package, do not responded to any injuries (on any platform). This is normally sign of scam.
Avoid.

I purchased my tea online the service was quick and easy. My tea arrived quickly it was well packaged and addressed correctly. The Tea is delicious and I like the personal touch of a free tester tea bag of a different tea to that which I ordered. I am on my second shipment and I will certainly be ordering again. The tea I am currently drinking at night is Verveine.

I cannot rate Rosevear teas highly enough. I found them through a friend’s high praise and I have to agree. I like good tea and I like good customer service. Rosevear Tea offer both. Thank you. At last no bloody AI or bot shitery. Human beings who help and best of all, great tea.

This tea company is simply brilliant, wonderful unusual teas with distinctive flavours. They always send a sample to try with my orders which is brilliant and has tempted me to try and other teas. Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the huge range in store. I am particularly keen on flavoured rooibos and Rosevear has the best around!

I have been buying tea from Rosevear for some years having discovered them whilst staying in Edinburgh. Orders are delivered within 24 hours as a normal service and I love the sample which comes with each order and tempts me to tastes new! I placed an order at the beginning of this week but asked that it was not despatched until Friday. It arrived in Saturday's post. No problem or hassle.

The website had so many options, the tea arrived very quickly, the packaging is very high quality.
The teas themselves taste and smell amazing and they also included a sample and a handwritten note. I especially recommend the green chai.

Rosevear Tea is an excellent tea shop. They have a wide range of high quality teas. The owners are lovely and very knowledgeable, and so are their staff. Their recently revamped website is beautiful and working well. Delivery is fast - I always received my tea the second day after ordering (afternoon order).
