Very pleased with my order! Even though we ran into an issue where the company handling the express shipping lost my order, Roseshire quickly came through. I contact Roseshire and unlike most companies they replied quickly. They promptly refund my shipping costs and resent my order fed ex overnight to take care of the issue. Things happen but it is always great to find a company that deals and resolves issues quickly!

Flowers were awesome, but the card wasn’t a card and it looked cheap. Also there was ink blotches on the message I had printed. The card really ruined what could of been a great presentation. Really expected more quality for spending around 250 dollars.

Ordered flowers in April for my sister who is a registered nurse as a surprise for her birthday. Recieved an email that they'd be delivered on time despite the pandemic. They didn't show. Emailed, no response. Finally contacted a rep & was told they'd be delivered several days after original delivery date. Just got an email in July about roses I ordered in April.
