Rosen Inn At Pointe Orlando Arvostelua 11

I stayed at rosen inn march-april 2026 for our 3rd visit, unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay as much this time.

Firstly, the location is situated all but centre of I-DRIVE, bars and restaurants are plentiful and within walking distance of the hotel, for restaurants slightly further the i-ride stop 18 is situated outside the hotel for easy access north or south on I-DRIVE.

the atmosphere of the hotel is ok, we found a few workers rude (especially when trying to get our key card to work, which took 4 days to correct).
The hotel does attract large groups of people who can be very noisy, especially if you're room is close to lite bites.
But overall, its friendly enough and the majority of the staff are there to help.

The hotel itself provides easy access to all universal parks for free, and the I-RIDE provides easy access to seaworld.
Taxis outside will take you to Disney but are far more expensive than uber or lyft.

The rooms are very outdated and could
do with a proper refurbishment now, beds are decent, but drawers on cupboards dont stay shut and neither does the sliding door, the Internet is rubbish and throws you out every couple of minutes.

Zebras bar and grill isn't very big, but does good food and drinks and they
have a small seating area outside.

Lite bites is convenient but very
expensive, to be honest its a rip-off.
You're most definitely better off crossing the road and going to walgreens, beer in particular is about 60% cheaper when buying a crate.

The 3 pools are OK but not very big, and pool 2 gave us all very sore eyes to the stage we had to get eye drops, we complained to staff in which we were told the ph levels good, but it conveniently closed for maintenance a couple days later.

Overall the hotel is OK, but could do with a good make over, there amenities improving and probably a price review as its not cheap, next door you have the rosen plaza which we've heard is much better, and up the road the avanti which has been refurbed and is still budget friendly.

Stayed here 14 nights and I must say that the rooms are clean other than cobwebs at top of corners and behind curtain etc , I find the rooms very dark not ideal when applying make up as the lights are also very dull, rooms dated but other than that room was clean, bed comfortable, think wood flooring and better lighting would make all the difference to the rooms. I emailed ahead and asked if possible for a pool view room when we arrived we had a room 6th floor right on the corner over looking the main road and the helicopter pad so noisy so asked if we could be moved and told nothing available so had to use earplugs the whole time which I really don’t like to do. I have stayed here many times in the past but I always seem to get the worst rooms. Better luck next time if I decide to try again

Don’t recommend staying at this hotel. On top of paying for our stay, we were charged for a deposit of £100(£86) at check in and was told we would be refunded at checkout, 3 months after we stayed, still no sign of refund. I got in touch with hotel via email, that person did not even bother reply to my email, never mind refunding the money. Service not good specially reception staff, they not very helpful. Bathroom and kitchen not in great condition.it’s more like a 2 star guesthouse than a hotel. I even tried to get my refund via the agency that I booked with, even they said that they wrote to somebody on email and that person never replied back. So unprofessional of them. What kind of company don’t reply to an email?????

DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT go to this place. I was there and I had the most worst experience. The staff employers was awful and rude and even used racial words towards me. They had my dog and items held hostage. I was so devastated when the guard told me that he will take my service animal. I pleaded with them to please open the door for me and they would not open. .I was in the hot sun over 23 minutes waiting or someone to open the door to get the keys, purse and my beloved dog once it locked behind me. In addition, because they were wrong the man Jose followed behind me, taking pictures of me using words that were not choicey. I had a prestigious business event where I had to were all white preparing my self to stay in another one of the rooms and missed the entire event that was the reason I was there. If you do have pets DO NOT go there. The elevator with only 6 floors are extremely hot and slow. My items were left in there and the man Jose answered the line who harassed me saying that he was the owner when I was making a complaint. This is the worst experience for me I have ever encountered in my entire life and I will be contacting PETA of the situation trying to hold my pet hostage and threatening me of keeping my pet and purse items!!!!!

BEST HOTEL WEVE STAYED AT- LOOKING FORWARD TO XMAS 2024 TO BE HERE AGAIN - FAMILY FUN ALL IN ONE PLACE! MY KIDS LOVE IT

I loved this hotel have stayed here six times and we call it home! Unfortunately this year bed bugs luckily we noticed on the first night and moved room only to find more and ants. We moved to another hotel! The hotel know and don’t care as do the Tui reps. I can’t stay here again it’s so sad. See all the other reviews with the same problem it ruined our holiday!

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay the furniture was a bit dated but functional we had an issue with our smoke alarm as it had ran out of batteries and kept beeping during the night the reception staff reported this to the handyman however they to a whole day to fix it overall we had a really good stay and would recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel, great position along i-drive. Have stayed many times in the past few years. Great location, lots of entertainment nearby, great restaurant, 3 pools, shuttles to parks (at cost). First choice hotel.

Clean and friendly hotel in a great location, staff always seemed cheerful and always happy to give advise on how to get to certain places and the best places to eat, added bonus with this hotel is no resort fees unlike many of the other hotels in this area.

Would highly recommend

Great stay, huge site with many buildings, great amenities and friendly service.

Location is great for I Drive, would definitely stay again.

Can’t fault this hotel. Staff and facilities second to none. Location perfect for all the good stuff. Maybe the rooms are slightly dated but you only really sleep and wash in them as there so many places to visit all day. Will definitely recommend to friends and re-book when I return. Two very happy customers here
