I had severed problems with the product and wrote to get the 30 day refund. They didn't respond to my email. I wrote another. The lied about their refund policy saying it was only for defective product. I sent them the refund on their website clearly stating otherwise. They would honor the refund NOW because it was past the 30 day window. I'll concede my issues could have been just me but they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE!!

I wasn’t happy with the preservatives and additives in their ingredients which causes inflammation, and then they sent me another package without my permission or without me, asking them to do so. I’ve been trying feverishly through emails message or phone call, but they seem to be disconnected… is a sham. Email message comes back as non-delivered getting a refund through root Labs has been very difficult.

DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM! Rootlabs liposomal magnesium + ashwagandha gummies gave me food poisoning and had me up at 3am vomitting and cramping for 24 hours! When I reached out to the company to honor the “risk free 30 nights or refund” guarantee advertised all over their website, I got 15 ai generated emails going around and around and then they ghosted me without providing any refund. What a scam! Never again! WARNING!!!

made me ill...don't order them...charged me any way...refused refund...reported them to BBB who have had other similar complaints...stay away from this scam

product is nice sweet treat but actually makes me feel groggy in the morning and does nothing to help me get to sleep like a good sleepy time tea would ~ not sure what they have put in it.
Also have been unable to contact them. Clicking on chat brings you no where to chat with them. no phone number, emails unanswered. id like to return them for a refund

I ordered the wrong product. Emailed several times to return for intended product. Even offered to pay return shipping and difference in cost for the two items. I have not received any response, emails didn’t work and there is no contact phone number. Very frustrating.

Product simply does NOT work and there's NO reaching the company. Sugery sweet, great advertising etc. but the product doesn't work, AT ALL Avoid X Avoid = run

They are indeed a scam. No contacting what so ever. Inferior product. They have professional appearance but THAT"S ALL !!!!!!!!!

Roots Lab is a SCAM Company out of India. They do not have an actual phone number or an actual Email. Oh boy, do you get charged for their poison 3rd world country poison product though! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

This product didn't work and has no refund offered. Which means they don't stand behind their product. When you purchase just know it does nothing. $28 down the drain.

Sent inferior product. Won’t reply to emails. Just a crappy poor customer experience.
