Thw problem is not being able to respond to people without paying. I understand you need to make money, so you should have a different level that you have to pay for more advantages, but not be able to respond to someone.

Do not buy the premium it’s literally a waste of money all you have to do is put your phone number in the listing to be able to message potential people to rent from or to message people you think you want to rent to. It’s how I was able to get a room myself!

It took me about 2 months (maybe a bit less) to find a suitable roommate from roommates.com, but I did end up finding someone who I mesh well with. Turns out we have several mutual friends. There were a few people I suspected were fake or bots because they never replied, but I'm happy with where I landed.

Good service, easy to use with little headaches. I definitely recommend using it!

I found a roommate for a family member though a friend. The site matched me up with a few people all of whom had a checkered past. I had to do the screening of each individual that contacted me.

All and all for the price your site is adequate.

Outside of the fees, which I understand, my experience was very nice. I always received my messages in a timely manner. Therefore, I was able to rent my space. I will definitely use them in the future when I am in need.

Easy to use and to find a good match

The best option for housemates I've found. Would like it if people who don't match criteria were not shown when searching. For example, I choose to only have female bodied roommates as one myself.

Not one person ever responded to my ad. In fact, I initiated by responding to ads of people advertising for wanting to rent a room, about 8 to 10 people in total, and no one responded to my inquiry. Overall, it was a waste of money and a terrible experience.

I was using split pad. To anyone who was reading this, don't ever use split pad, it's a nightmare.I found a good person who was running out of room.It's much more peaceful here.I'm very grateful to this website

I like that I could post my room for free. But it seemed like there wasn’t much variety or maybe I did not understand how to use the site. But ultimately I found a roommate. Will see how things work out.
