Smriti really helped me this week when she was able to quickly exchange the Zoya dress I ordered because it was too small for me. The dress is beautiful and very flattering. The packaging was lovely and the customer service was exceptional. A great product and a great business.

I bought 2 different sized red cotton wash bags. Absolutely delighted with them - beautiful soft cotton and very well made. Swift delivery and exquisitely packaged

Gorgeous! I have bought two pairs of pyjamas now and a dress. I love the patterns in quality cotton and the garments are well made and true to size. Beautifully packaged and a handwritten note is a lovely touch too. I’m so happy to have found Rooh and can see me buying lots more!

Do not buy dresses from this company. Poor customers service and when you wish to send the dress back they only do refunds with store credit. Terrible quality as the seems were making ripping noises the first time i was trying it on, the dress smelled like moth repellent and was way shorter than stated on the website. Do not make the same mistake as I did, buy your dresses elsewhere.

Lovely clothes and great personal service every time

Ordered a dress and wash bag. Both lovely and packaged so beautifully. The dress is lined which I love and isn’t often the case with cotton print dresses. The wash bag will be a birthday gift which feels like such a special and unique present. Both very good quality.

The most beautiful skirt, I now have all five of them and they are so comfortable, beautiful materials, lined and with pockets and make me feel fantastic!

The dress is beautiful. It is really well made with lining, pockets and lovely detailing on the sleeve. I love it.

I am always a bit nervous about purchasing items advertised on Facebook having experienced a
clothing company that was not what it said on the tin. Rooh is the genuine article, a lovely collection of skirts, dresses, pyjamas and accessories. Item arrived when it said it would, it was beautifully packaged and a lovely "thank you" note included too. Very pleased with my beautifully new summer skirt.

The website is easy to use and navigate.

I ordered a tablecloth & napkins & they arrived in a beautiful box and were wrapped nicely with a note.

The napkins are so pretty and I will look forward to using them with friends at home. The tablecloth is also very nice and the pattern is simple and also very well made. The craftsmanship is good. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a special gift for a family member or friend or for a special occasion to use & cherish at home.

Beutiful piece of clothing

Amazing service and clothing.

I kept seeing the clothing from Rooh online and decided to make an order. My order arrived soooo quickly and I’ve never been so excited to open a parcel before as it was so beautifully wrapped inside the box. The dress and skirt fitted beautifully and the bed linen was stunning. The quality of all the items exceeded my expectations. I then quickly got online and ordered a few more items and again, the package was delivered sooooo quickly and inside the package was as beautiful as before, except this time it was wrapped in a beautiful string which is now my cats favorite peice of string to play with. Will continue to buy more and highly recommend - this is definitely my new favorite shop 👗
