Roofer and Builder Arvostelua

Where do I begin, firstly 5* just isn't enough. John is an absolute lifesaver after converting 4 poorly built roofs on our extension and conservatory into one roof. He did what others didn't want to dare to do and what other roofers said couldn't be done. The job was so challenging other roofers had even refused to even measure the job and just wanted to complete a flat roof for ease instead of the pitched roof requested. John has expert knowledge and is able to identify solutions to structural issues quickly. There were a number of 'hidden' surprises when doing our work and John made sure we knew about the issues (which may have avoided by others) and gave us cost effective solutions. John and Steve are the ultimate professionals and very easy to speak to and approach. There was no pressure to undertake any of new work along way and the price for work is very competitive. I wouldn't have anyone else working on my house now and have booked the boys for a full bathroom refit too.

These guys are my hero’s !!!
What can I say about John and Steve - other than I'm so glad I now have them in my contacts. They came to my rescue when a previous builder let me down and left us with a half finished job, John and his employee Steve both worked hard to fix my roof and it looks amazing. John also completed some internal joinery work which I’m super pleased with. Can’t recommend them enough and if your need a reliable, trustworthy builder John and his colleague Steve are the ones. Thanks so much. Leanne

Would highly recommend John and his team, reliable/professional with good rates. Very friendly and always happy to help, thanks again 👍

Found John through his website, rang and asked for a quote. Very helpful and sent some pictures over/answered my questions about different types of velux windows. Installed a day earlier than I expected which I was really happy about and the window lets in a lot of light! Very happy with the work! thank you, Kath

John has just completed a full new roof on our house with the upmost professional approach. We were always kept informed, told what was going on and most importantly all workmanship was to a very high professional standard. Additionally John is very friendly and an approachable person who wants to ensure you are completely happy with all work carried out/completed, would certainly recommend.

Roofer and Builder were highly recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. From the initial visit for the estimate and carrying out the work they gave a first class service. The before and after photographs showed that the required work was necessary and carried out to a high standard. The cost was very competitively priced.
With out any hesitation I fully recommend them to carry out any roofing work

Excellent job done on the outside of my house. Professional and prompt service received. Would highly recommend!

This company is brilliant, they have done a fantastic job on my roof , they are completely trustworthy , I would have no problem recommending them they have also done my son's roof and a neighbour's roof , top quality work a fair price , thanks john where made up with the job

Fantastic job by John and Steve. Managed to fit us in to repair and replace dry verge. Very reasonably priced, on time, and carried out the work quickly and cleanly. Would defintley recommend for any future work!

Can't thank John and his team enough. Recent weather up and down the country has affected a lot of homes, mine included. Tiles became loose on my roof and I had a leak coming into my youngest son's bedroom. I phoned roofer & builder on recommendation from a friend and honestly it was the best thing I've done. John called round the night I phoned, inspected everything and said he would come back at 7.30 the next morning before he started work. 7.25 the next day John and his team were on the roof and not only fixed the broken tiles, they sealed the chimney stack as the lead was coming away and they noticed my conservatory also had a potential leak. Roofer & builder repaired all 3 things on the same day for the same price I was expecting to pay for one. I can't thank him enough and I will never use any other company.

Amazing service again! We have used Roofer and Builder a few times for different jobs and they have always been 100% reliable, friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend and would never use another company.

John and his team were just amazing.. there are no negatives at all. They have sorted my problems where many others have failed. I'm thrilled with what they did and how they helped me.. so clean and efficient! Would highly recommend in a drop of a hat!

I used Roofer and Builder for some work on my flat roof garage after I had a leak. John turned up and immediate found the issue. He gave me an exact quote and completed the job in super fast time. I was so happy I’ve already recommended him to other family members
