Great company! Big thanks to the managers for being quick and always answering my questions! The lighting is really nice and good quality. I'll recommend this company for sure.

Fraud alert. Be very warned. After weeks of waiting for my shipment, my $1400 disk chandelier arrived, and is nothing like what is advertised on the romatti website. There are plastic parts and Home Depot like metal bolts instead of the delicate bronze as advertised. A cheap knock off through and through. What is worse is that you cannot email Romatti customer support without getting bounced back/delivery failure. Both sales@Romattidesign and hello@romattidesign get bounced back. The only way to communicate with them is by chat and I did this. At first they told me they would contact the factory to try to resolve the issue and see what happens. They then wrote wrote back and said that the item has not been updated on the website, so what I got is the current version and that I should be happy to accept a 25% discount on my next order at Romatti — obviously this is unacceptable as the item I received is not what was online, but rather a very cheap knock off. When I continued the chat and told them I was unhappy with this resolution, I have been met with dead silence for the past 2.5 weeks. Zero response even though I have prompted a response by checking in via chat (only way to communicate) many times over last 20 days. Total scam.

Easy to choose our items from all the beautiful designs Romatti has to offer. The delivery was fast. Very Happy!

They Stole my money, paid $1,000 for a lamp, they never shipped and mever refunded my money, do not order anything from this people

When you look at the Romatti Design website you could easily believe you are buying genuine items. They do after all use images of genuine items. However this is not the case. I purchased what I thought were genuine Vistosi Wall Lights at a discounted rate because I was a new customer and was purchasing three lights (multi-purchase discount) - However, when the lights finally arrived after being held up in Poland (alarm bells starting to ring) - I discovered the badly packaged items were just cheap knock-offs from a factory in China.

When I complained and asked for a refund, I was initially told that I would have to send the items back to China at my own cost first (£600) and didn't offer refunds unless I did this. Upon examining the lights I then noticed two were actually damaged. This is hardly surprising since the cardboard and wrapping was of such a poor standard. At this point the company started to back track and offered me a refund rather than send me replacement items. However no refund has been forthcoming and the company no longer answer my e-mails.

My advice is to read the FAQ and T&Cs very carefully before buying from this company as they are governed by Chinese law and have demonstrated little interest in providing a professional service once they have your money

Outstanding customer service and very helpful in case something went wrong. I can only recommend romatti and would order again as soon as I need further lamps.
