Rollr has been brilliant, a lovely detail for the mundane parts of everyday. The product smells lovely and the customer service was excellent when I had a very unusual problem. I highly recommend 😊

Oh my days! Not only is the bottle and the fantastic Rollr the deodorant is next level. Mix the powder in the sachet with some warm water, give it a shake (you know you will) then use. The deodorant is wonderful, the Rollr is so cool against your skin and it smalls wonderful.
The bottle is a show piece and looks great.
Very, very impressed. Go buy yourself one. Save the environment at the same time! Oh yeah, no white marks down the front of your tee shirt either! Bonus.

I've been using Rollr for a few months and love it. It is very effective and I love having the refillable glass roll-on bottles. I have also had excellent customer service from them.

After seeing this product all over social media, I was really excited to try it, but the reality completely missed the mark. It fell far short of expectations and offers no real protection whatsoever.

I love my Rollr deodorant. The small is amazing and it’s a lovely experience elevating a simple everyday habit into a special experience

I’ve been using Rollr for over a year and I absolutely love it. I was drawn to the concept of a refillable plastic free bottle as I can’t stand the fact that we know plastic is polluting everything, including us, and yet we still keep producing it! The bottle exceeded my expectations in quality, weight and design and the rose quartz ball glides beautifully.

I love fruity scents which are hard to find in deodorants and have stuck with my original selection of mandarin which is delicious and has proven strong enough to do the job through this exceptionally hot summer.

Will continue to use and recommend to friends.

The design is gorgeous, and thankfully it performs just as well as it looks. The refill system is such a clever idea, no unnecessary plastic every few weeks. Delivery was quick, packaging lovely, and customer service could not have been more helpful when I had a query. Would happily recommend.

A complete waste of money. It's not a deodrant firstly and does not offer the protection of a deodrant in my opinion. Secondly, the customer service is appalling - months of chasing to get a refund, chased numerous times.

Rollr have managed to turn putting deodorant on into a beautiful, mindful moment. The design and quality is pure opulence.
At first I hesitated to buy as lots of things advertised on instagram aren’t as good when they come, but this product is so beautiful I have been buying them for gifts.
The fragrances are all beautiful. They feel very natural and I love that the refill is in a small paper package. They have thought of everything.

I was super excited to receive my Rollr, as I think the design is absolutely beautiful, and I was particularly looking forward to trying the deodorant scents, which I'd seen described as being like “perfumes”.

However, since using the product, I’ve found that the scent barely lasts me through half the day. I’ve been a regular user of natural deodorants for a while and have tried a number of different brands, including some at a much lower price point, which I’ve found smell stronger and last much longer.

It’s still early days, so I’ll definitely keep using it to see how I get on (its been a week), but so far I have to say I’m a little disappointed with the actual deodorant itself - especially when you factor in the price point. The applicator, though, is absolutely lovely! I’m wondering if I can find another use for it… 😂

Amazing stuff! Its the only deodorant that does not upset my skin. It’s wonderful and also lasts an age, so don't let the price put you off, it's worth every penny. Also its great for the environment, so it ticks all my boxes!

A great product, elegant to look at and effective in its use, but its the customer service that really stands out!
At a time when AI and bots leave you running round in circles for the simplest of engagement, to be able to deal with a human, all be it over email, it made for a reassuring and swift experience. Someone that understood the issue and found a solution immediately. A BIG shout out to Christine for all her help!

I contacted customer service and my issue was dealt with immediately.
The communication was excellent.
I highly recommend the rollr deodorant, my husband is impressed too.

Customer service is fantastic. I bought a rollr for my husband and he didn’t take to it so I emailed them to ask if they could send me a new ball and housing so I could regift to my daughter and they immediately responded saying they would also answering some of my questions about how it works.

Not only do these look elegant in the bathroom but it really works!

TRYING TIRELESSLY TO SILENCE ME.

I have flagged with Trust Pilot the overuse of them flagging negative comments and filtering their social media pages. As you can see from other reviews this is not the first instance of this happening. STAY WELL AWAY.

My previous review is currently hidden because they are constantly trying to get it removed. Unfortunately for Rollr people are allowed to voice their experiences, whether they like it or not. Trying to control the narrative and being narcissistic won’t work.

I worked with Rollr as an independent videographer in 2025. During the initial project discussions, I was asked to undertake the work without payment before we ultimately agreed a fee and proceeded under an agreement setting out the permitted usage.

I subsequently identified my work being used in ways that I had not agreed to, including paid advertising, retailer usage, and third-party use, and other commercial applications. The earliest such use I identified dates back to December 2025, and further uses have continued to appear as recently as 25 August 2026.

I raised my concerns repeatedly with founder, Milo Pinckney, and asked for the use to cease. Despite this, further uses continue. I ultimately brought legal proceedings against Milo Pinckney personally, and judgment was entered against him on 20 August 2026.

I also attempted to raise the continued advertising use directly with Rollr via Instagram. My comment was removed and my account was subsequently blocked, while the relevant adverts and content remain live.

As an independent creative, I found the experience extremely exploitative. My work represents my time, skill and creative labour, and I believe creatives should be able to expect their work to be respected.

For a brand that places such a strong emphasis on creative product design, I personally found the way my own creative work was treated particularly disappointing and at odds with the creative values the brand presents.

I am sharing my experience so that other creatives can make an informed decision about working with Rollr.

Not only that the product is extremely overpriced and nothing but a greenwashing rip off, its founder Milo Pinckney’s ad was particularly tone-deaf: dismissing ordinary £3 deodorant as “cr*p” that most people can only afford at the store is completely out of touch. Charging a premium for deodorant is one thing; looking down on people who buy affordable alternatives is another.

What’s even more disappointing is how the company handles criticism on Instagram. They deleted negative comments and feedback on instagram and blocked the commenters, rather than having their concerns addressed. If a brand genuinely stands behind its products and claimed sustainability, it should be able to engage with criticism openly.
