Started Off Great… Now it sucks.
When this site first launched, I genuinely thought it was a game-changer. I saw some incredible deals early on and took a chance on buying my first device here – an iPhone 12. First-hand experience? Awesome. The delivery was lightning fast (1-2 days max), the condition was as advertised, and everything just felt smooth and trustworthy. I was seriously impressed. Back then, it felt like the team behind the platform actually cared.
I ended up selling that iPhone 12 on another app and came backk here to buy a new phone,the iPhone 13 Pro. That’s when everything started going south.
Despite the listing clearly stating the phone was in perfect condition (green icon), it showed up with visible scratches and a worn-out feel. It was obvious the device had seen some rough handling, and I suspect it was already physically compromised when it arrived. A few weeks later, it literally broke while sitting in my pocket. No drops, no impact just cracked from what I believe was pre-existing damage.
I contacted Rolle expecting a fair discussion, or at the very least, some accountability. Instead, they brushed it off immediately as “accidental damage” and shut down the conversation. No investigation. No responsibility. Just a lazy excuse and an empty promise of a coupon, which is an insult when you've spent that much on a “perfect” device.
And it doesn’t end there. Back in the day, you could at least sell your old devices on the platform although even then, they’d take a massive cut, making it almost impossible to actually get a fair price. Now? You can’t even do that. They’ve completely phased out person-to-person sales and turned the whole thing into an AI-powered marketplace.
The AI now controls everything – it “searches” for you, “finds” listings, “buys” for you – but in reality, it does a terrible job. It falsely advertises that it scans marketplaces all over the world, but all it actually pulls from are a few dozen listings from within Rolle’s own database. It's misleading, lazy, and borderline deceptive. For a system that boasts about global reach and advanced tech, the results are pathetic.
The entire platform has lost what made it special. It’s gone from a customer-friendly, fast, and reliable experience to a cold, corporate-feeling AI machine that offers bad value and zero support. It genuinely feels like they’re just milking customers now that they’ve grown, and customer experience is no longer a priority.
It’s disappointing to watch something that started off so promising turn into a frustrating, untrustworthy mess. One star and that's being generous.
Update after Rolle’s response:
Rolle’s reply here is misleading and downright insulting. The iPhone 13 Pro did not arrive cracked it broke on its own, in my pocket, with zero drops or impacts, just weeks after I bought it. That points to a pre-existing defect, not “accidental damage.”
I made this crystal clear in seven separate emails, and they dodged the point every single time. Now, in front of everyone reading this review they’ve once again dismissed the real issue and called it “accidental damage.” They are ignoring my actual experience in plain sight.
The “thank you” message they’re proudly quoting here was not gratitude it was me being polite while ending a dead-end conversation with a company that had already decided not to help. For them to parade that as proof I was satisfied is manipulative beyond belief. It’s PR spin not customer service.
My opinion hasn’t changed: Rolle ignored the real issue, took zero responsibility, and their platform has gone from trustworthy to corporate and self-serving.

To sell your device, simply visit your Profile > Listings and click "Create a new Listing." This is the same straightforward process you've successfully used before.
Regarding Rolle's Condition Warranty: This guarantee ensures that the device you receive matches the condition described in the listing. If the device doesn't meet these standards upon arrival or during the warranty period, you're eligible for replacement, repair, or a full refund at no extra cost. However, the warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, previously listed defects, battery degradation, problems caused by third-party apps, user modifications, water damage, or accidents. For comprehensive protection against breakdowns or accidental damage, we recommend adding the NoOops extended warranty.
Your first email on May 2nd at 2:04pm regarding this device (https://rolle.io/en-GR/smartphones/apple/iphone-13-pro/L4K2LN45QV1) stated:

As we've explained, our standard condition warranty doesn't cover cracks or damage from accidents. Despite this, we offered you a promotional discount code for another device (https://rolle.io/en-GR/smartphones/apple/iphone-13-pro/lvw268ezqly), which you appreciated in your May 19th message:
