Après 2h à jouer, et avoir gagné une certaine somme,
1h30 d'absence ont suffit, pour que je me fasse pirater mon compte.. hasard.. ?
La totalité de l'argent a été perdu et un dépôt a été fait depuis mon compte bancaire sans autorisation.. heureusement que je me suis connecté 1h30 après, car sinon, jusqu'où les dépenses auront été.. j'espère que le service client réglera ces problèmes.. et que tout sera remboursé..
Première expérience très désagréable.. s'il n'y a pas plus de sécurité mis en place, je ne jouerai plus chez vous.
Attention à vos gains et à vos comptes !!!
Mis à part ça, le service client à l'air assez réactif, il y a pas mal de variétés dans les jeux, ce qui est sympa.
Dommage que mon expérience ai été compromis à cause d'un piratage de compte..
