This was my first time buying directly from Rolecos and i can describe it as... meh

First thing i would like to say is that Rolecos is a russian roulette: sometimes you recieve your cosplay in time and perfect, sometimes you don't

Now on my experience:
I bought a rolecos cosplay, especifically the Aurora from LoL off of Aliexpress, i was surprised with the price, costing about 80 euros when the prices for that same cosplay ranges in about 100 to 150 euros, it arrived earlier than expected and i was impressed with the quality given the price, it fitted me perfectly, and even if i was a bit dissapointed the hat wasn't included, i am still happy with that cosplay

Fast foward to february, i had a Con in July and i decided to buy their After hours spa spirit blossom Ahri, my first thoughs on the cosplay, again, was the price: The whole set (clothes + Props + ears) was about 60 euros (+ taxes and shipping and a code that saved me 22% it was 80), i've seen photos of the cosplay before and i was happy with the quality so i placed my order, everything was smooth, it was supposed to arrive in early march

But as you all expect, it didn't

I am so mad i didn't read the reviews about shipping before because i did get kinda stressed.

I contacted their support line yesterday and they replied pretty quickly saying that my package would be arriving today, which is a month from when i placed my order, they were pretty nice to me so i have no complains for that

I still haven't recieved my order but i hope it does arrive safely

In conclusion: i think Rolecos is a nice, affordable shop to buy from, but be aware of their shipping, if you're worried it won't be arriving on time, i suggest buying from their aliexpress shop <3

My order was said to be 2 months late, so I cancelled the order. Twice. Once in november, once in december. Nothing happened.
Now in the new year, the delivery is on its way. Despite cancelling twice. I again notified them and opened up a PayPal case. They now want me to close the case in order to get the money back which seems malicious. Needless to say, I won't be ordering there again.

First time I ordered I didn't get any updates on my order for over a month. Then when I wrote them an e-mail it took them over a month to even answer. Now I've ordered again, from their "ships within 48 hours" section. Paid extra for express shipping because I needed it to arrive by the beginning of next week. It's been almost 5 days, so about 120 hours, and it still says "preparing shipment". It hasn't even been shipped yet and it's almost next week. E-Mail communication takes forever and they tell me they need a VAT number to ship it? First of all where I live, in Germany, only companies have a VAT number. Second of all, never in my over 6 years of ordering cosplays from various shops and websites have I had to give my VAT number or anything similar to anyone.
What I do have to add though is that the quality of the cosplays does not disappoint and matches the pictures.
However, if you want a reliable company when it comes to shipping time and communication, I'd recommend considering your purchase here.

1. Rolecosplay took 9 days after purchase to begin shipping
2. Rolecosplay knew 2 days before shipping that it was specifically for Halloween and that it wouldn't make it in time.
3. They told me the day before it actually shipped that it was finally ready. I replied and told them to cancel, they shipped it the next day anyways.
4. Shipping was falsely advertised. Paid $33 extra for 6-10 day shipping, it took 16 days! (comes from China)
5. Now asking for a refund of my $100, they refuse. Return shipping is over $300. They continually offer a 25% discount code plus a $10 giftcard as compensation.

Cela fait 2 mois que j'ai commandé le cosplay de Kotori Minami Cotton candy. Il y a 0 expédition depuis, 0 mises à jour. C'est quand même une honte d'arnaquer les gens comme ça...cela ne mérite pas une étoile

I bought a Hinatsuru cosplay and a Maomao wig from Rolecosplay. I ordered with express shipping (3-5 days) but the purchase arrived in 15 days later.
Once the wig came it was shorter than expected, the clip of one of the buns was broken and couldn’t open. Reached out for assistance for a refund on the wig, but the customer service is critical. We have been going back and forth, them asking the same question over and over again for already 2 months. I have provided everything needed, explaining everything, but all they do is go in circles and run from responsibility. They still have not issued me a refund for the damaged product they sold.

If you want to save yourself some headaches and wasted time, i wouldn’t recommend buying from this site. Better purchase from AliExpress.

I ordered a pair of shoes for a cosplay, which I never received. The package never even arrived in my country ( France )—it never left China. On the website, it’s marked as “completed,” but I’ve been fighting for months to get my $70 package.

I honestly think I’ve lost my money. They take an incredibly long time to respond, and when they do, they offer no real solution and just keep giving me the runaround.

I had a very frustrating experience with Rolecosplay. My order was shipped much later than the estimated delivery time, with no clear updates or communication about the delay. To make things worse, one of the items I ordered was apparently out of stock — but they didn’t notify me until after I had already been waiting. They promised a refund for that missing item, but I never received it. I tried following up multiple times, but I kept getting vague responses or no help at all. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a suit now 3 months ago, no shipping number was provided and I try to contact customer service from their various means of contact, whatsapp, mail or Instagram and no response... I lost money. I just want to know where things stand...

Scam. The goods are never shipped. As a buyer, support often ignores you. Getting a refund is difficult.

This has happened to me in the online shop and on AliExpress. A friend once received a pendant instead of a cosplay.

Ho ordinato due costumi e un accessorio, sono arrivati nei tempi, e l'assistenza non ha tardato moltissimo a rispondere. La qualità dei costumi è abbastanza elevata sono leggeri, tuttavia consiglio di prendere una taglia in più rispetto alla propria.

I ordered two cosplays by express delivery which arrived almost two weeks late. In addition, one of the shirts was missing the buttons. I contacted the support, they said they would check with the production line and since then nothing.

Rolecosplay is my favorite cosplay store, they are attentive, they send the products quickly and protected, in addition to having very good quality of the products, I highly recommend them. They care a lot about customers

Their wigs, terrible. Bought a Euclase one. Garbage.

Their masks and costumes, however? I'm impressed. Bought Tokoyami. The coat is structured at the shoulders and the length is lovely. It's a stiffer polyester fabric, so it has nice weight to it. The mask is what feels and smells like EVA foam. Sturdy. A little dorky looking from the front, but otherwise cool. The mouth is odd, but usable for drinks and eating (if you're careful). And I can fit my glasses under it! Absolute win.

My order was being processed for too long. I asked about it. They gave confusing information about my costume. They did not comply with the arrival date and decided to cancel my order for the late arrival (before shipping). I asked for a refund, but I never got one. So, as a result, I have no products and no refund. I am still trying to get my money back.

I have a few costumes from here amd they are amazing!

I tried to order a cosplay but it turned out that they didn't have it available anymore. The bad part is that it took about three weeks for them to inform me about this which I think is way too long of a time to let me know the cosplay isn't available. Refund came through smoothly, it took around a week. I'm just super sad it took such a long time to inform se since I couldn't order a new cosplay in the remaining time before the con.

The costumes are pretty amazing! I’ve worn them to multiple conventions and they hold up great. They’re beautiful quality too. Totally recommend🩵
