Trail Jack for an on-road motorcycle
I bought the Trail Jack for my road motorcycle. The product is great: very lightweight yet strong and rigid, and it can support very heavy bikes as well. Since the Roia Moto is designed for off-road riders/bikes, I wasn't sure that the product would fit my bike. However, the Roia Moto team was very helpful, sending me additional information about the Trail Jack's dimensions, including photos. Also, their website is very informative. Communication with them, the overall purchase experience, and delivery were fast and pleasant. They also included a bunch of cool stickers in the parcel, along with a handwritten postcard. It's a small thing, but it's nice, and you can feel the care for the customers. It's especially rare in Austria, where customer service is generally bad. So, they really stand out in a good way. I can only recommend Roia Moto. They also have a YouTube video demonstrating how to use the Trail Jack on a light motorcycle. These instructions didn't work for me right away because my bike is heavy, and I can't lean it over to get the rear wheel off the ground. So I have to use the additional handlebar turning trick, and it works perfectly now. As a suggestion/recommendation for Roia Moto, I'd recommend adding another video on how to use the Trail Jack on heavier motorcycles. I'm sure many people would appreciate it, and many even on-road riders like me would be interested in this product, because other similar products on the market (called liftsticks) are heavy, bulky, and, in most cases, not designed for bikes over 200 kg. I believe that Roia Moto's Trail Jack has a lot of potential for extending their target audience. Overall, Roia Moto is a very nice and promising company.

Spitzen Produkt!!
Spitzen Produkt!!! Hab den Gepäckträger für die Honda CRF 300 Rally (BJ. 2026) bestellt und bekam, nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Paul, das Rack gleich am nächsten Tag nach der Bestellung zugestellt.
Das Produkt selbst passt perfekt auf das Motorrad und harmoniert wunderbar mit dem gesamten Erscheinungsbild.
Meiner Meinung ist es das beste Rack auf dem Markt!

3/8 to 1/4 adapter issue
The 1/4 to 3/8 adapter is missing the internal (3/8 side) machined detent slots for the 3/8 wretchet locking ball. This causes the 3/8 wretchet to slip out. Many of the sockets and allen keys utilize this adapter. In addition no breaker bar is provided for this 1/4 adapter, which features provision (holes) for such breaker bar. Yes the 1/4 extension fits this hole, but I might be using the extension.
Next suggestion, the jack stand should have an alignment line/band painted at the level of the spring loaded pin. This way, when extending it, it is very easy to align the pin with the holes. Easy modification with a permanent marker. Without this line, its a bit of guessing excercise.
Otherwise very nice tool set.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to share your feedback. Really appreciate getting feedback from the riding community. I’ll definitely look at an option to machine a slot on the 3/8” to 1/4” adapter. I have a feeling is possible but I need to test it out.
For the breaker bar, indeed the idea is to use the small 1/4” extension, and connect the bit directly to the adapter. I feel that’s a good balance for a motorcycle toolkit.
