Zeer goede producten..is mooi in elk interieur..maar vooral ze helpen en werken ook zeer goed..dus top ...aanrader.

Das Produkt ist wirklich klasse, es hält was es verspricht, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Bei mir hat sich in 3 Monaten noch kein Haken gelöst. Einzig die lange Lieferzeit im Januar war etwas nervig.

Ho avuto un’esperienza pessima con questo prodotto. Le ventose non restano attaccate in alcun modo, rendendolo completamente inutilizzabile. La qualità è estremamente bassa e non corrisponde minimamente alle aspettative. Considerando anche il servizio clienti, l’intera esperienza è stata deludente. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di evitare l’acquisto di un prodotto simile: per quanto mi riguarda, è stata una vera e propria truffa. Ho messo 1 stella solo perché non è possibile metterne 0.

I had a terrible experience with this product. The suction cups simply do not stick at all, making it completely unusable. The quality is extremely poor and far below expectations. Considering also the customer service, the whole experience has been very disappointing. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid buying a product like this—in my opinion, it feels like a complete scam. I gave 1 star only because it is not possible to give 0.

Bestelling na 10 dagen pas gedeeltelijk geleverd :(

2de bestelling. Makkelijk om bestelling te plaatsen. Levering gaat goed. Zeer fijne producten. Zuignap blijft echt zitten wil geen andere meer.

Ik heb zuignaphaken op 15/2/25 besteld en op 17/2/25 zijn ze geleverd. Ze zijn heel mooi en hele goede kwaliteit. Heb ze eind augustus geplaatst op glazen douchewand tot op heden hangen ze nog steeds met redelijk zware badjas en kamerjas. Zeer tevreden.

Haken besteld ( hoef je niet te boren in de tegels ), simpel te bevestigen en supersterk. Fijn product.

I first placed an order for four hooks to see if they really worked that well.
They do indeed work great. Unbelievable. I have since ordered another four hooks and a storage rack for under the shower.
These products are very useful to us.

Very disappointed with ROHA HOME. I placed an order on November 11th and received a confirmation email, but the item has never been delivered. I haven’t received any shipping updates, and customer service does not respond. This is unacceptable. At this point, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

Erg teleurgesteld in de zwarte zuignaphaken van Roha Home!

Ik ben echt teleurgesteld in de zwarte zuignaphaken van Roha Home. Ondanks dat ik de instructies secuur heb opgevolgd, functioneren deze haken niet zoals beloofd. Binnen een paar minuten vielen ze al op de grond, wat erg frustrerend is.

Maar het ergste is het retourproces. Het is een echte strijd om een retourformulier te krijgen. Je moet meerdere keren heen en weer mailen voordat je eindelijk het formulier krijgt. En zelfs dan moet je het nog maar eens inscannen en opsturen per mail voordat je het retouradres krijgt. Het is alsof het bedrijf niet wil dat je je geld terugkrijgt.

En om het nog erger te maken, krijg ik de verzendkosten niet terug, ondanks dat het product ondeugdelijk is. Het is duidelijk dat Roha Home geen verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor hun producten en niet bereid is om klanten tevreden te stellen.

Ik ben niet de enige die deze ervaring heeft gehad, getuige de vele recente negatieve reviews. Het is teleurstellend om te zien dat het bedrijf niets lijkt te doen om hun producten te verbeteren of hun klantenservice aan te passen.

Ik zou niemand aanraden om producten van Roha Home te kopen. Het is gewoon niet waard.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over mijn bestelling van de handige en makkelijk te installeren badkamerproducten.
Dit is inmiddels al mijn tweede bestelling en opnieuw werd alles correct geleverd en binnen de aangekondigde leveringstermijn, wat ik erg waardeer.

Kortom, een zeer positieve ervaring en een blije klant!

The delivery took 25 days. It sat with Evri delivery forever. Probably not the fault of Roha, but enough to stop me ordering from them again.
When the suction hooks eventually arrived, they look good and sturdy but they will not stay up on my tiles. My tiles are a matt look. I think these will only work on glass or marble or very shiny ceramic tiles.

I have never received the parcel. According to your tracking page, the parcel was received in Madrid but it is not registered as being delivered to my place that is not in Madrid. Then the parcel was returned to the sender without further information.
I have written twice to you to your address in Holland with supporting documentation informing about this anomaly but I have never received an answer.
My conclusion is that Roha Home is a scam.

Happy to recommend the hooks, they really are very good, you must follow the instructions for application (cleaning surface etc)

This is my second order because I was so happy with the product. Easy to apply. No drilling. They actually stay on the back of the door. Used on doors for towels and dressing gowns.

Unfortunately, they were not able to deliver my order in Athens Greece, they are using very poor logistics partner which is not complying with their quality claims

Muy fáciles de colocar, sin taladro ni pegamento . Además resiste toallas muy pesadas. He comprado otro juego de 4 para colgar más cosas en cocina y habitaciones. Valen más de lo que cuestan.
