AchieSignificantly worsened: discourteous customer service representatives, poor hygieneving success is definitely tough
Achieving success is definitely tough, but maintaining it is on a whole different level. Well, the McArthurGlen in Roermond is the perfect example of this old saying.Years ago, back when the outlet was still expanding, everything was great: the organization, the cleanliness, the customer service. Now, years later, they clearly feel like they’ve "made it." Unfortunately, everything has taken a turn for the worse, starting with the customer service, which used to be famously polite and helpful. Up until a few years ago, the service was truly top-notch and perfectly matched the brand's standards. Wherever you went—whether Roermond, Noventa, Parndorf, or Castel Romano—the staff stood out for their kindness and courtesy. Now, that's just a distant memory. It's a real shame. To put it simply: the customer service staff is rude and unhelpful, and the employees in the various stores (with a few rare exceptions) barely tolerate the customers. On top of that, the general cleanliness and the restrooms are totally neglected.By now, as the saying goes, they've gotten wise to the game—they know customers will show up anyway, especially from Germany, so they've lost any motivation to actually care about the clients' needs and expectations. It's honestly surprising that headquarters in London hasn't noticed this sad decline. You guys need to step in!
